Everything was awesome, only complaint was that we planned for using the keurig and couldnt get it working. Had to go out for coffee which was good but not planned. Loved the home and living area with my family!

Great space

We had an amazing weekend stay and it is only a short drive to Lava hot Springs. We loved the home and the views we could see stars for days. It was nice to be off the beaten path. Would definitely return! Thank you for sharing your space with our family.

Perfect little getaway

This house was perfect for a little weekend getaway. It is not within walking distance of anything town (which we knew), but we didn't mind the short drive. This house was clean, well-stocked, and a good size for 4 adults and 3 kids. They also have a nice pack-n-play which is always a huge plus for me! This house has a huge yard and a really nice wrap-around porch; I'm sure it is heaven in the summer time! We have already talked about visiting again in the warmer months to take advantage of the outdoor space they have! I would absolutely recommend.

We stayed for the weekend with our friends for a little getaway!! Everything was perfect! Super clean! Spacious with lots of room! When there was a little issue, the owner acted right away to get us taken care of! Thank you so much!! We really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend!

Great stay in Lava Hot Springs

Everything was as described. The property was clean and well-stocked. The only problem we experienced was the door lock code not working when we tried to check in, but it was resolved quickly.

This home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family! It was well stocked and I was very grateful for the kitchen. The yard was fun to play in and only 5 minutes from downtown Lava Hot Springs. A really great home, great communication and great fun! Highly recommend!

First use of Evolve stay

The place was exactly what was shown. It was clean neat and beautifully set up. The accommodations were just what was expected. It was quiet and very calming to stay there the grandkids loved the back yard area to walk around in. The deck was great, with a beautiful view no matter what direction one would look in. I was lucky enough one morning to see 2 bucks heading back to the hills behind the place. I am hoping that this vacation is the start of many more in this home.

Great place. Bunk beds were very uncomfortable. Hard to even sit up in. Maybe better for young children. A short drive to town. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!!

Great location

We’ve never been to Lava Hot Springs so this rental turned out to be perfect. It was far enough away from town to have some space with peace and quiet but close enough that it didn’t take a lot of driving to go enjoy everything that Lava Hot Springs has to offer. The property manager was very helpful and the property itself was well maintained and clean. They utilized the space in the home to provide comfortable bedding options for my family of 6. We could’ve easily had another family of 6 stay with us and made it work. Highly recommend this specific property.
