The top level kitchen has been updated with leathered granite countertops and subway tile backsplash. Easy and comfortable seating in the great room offers a nice place to relax, or take a seat on the top deck overlooking the pool. The ground level game room has LVT planking and a Roku TV. The hot tub is located on the mid level deck overlooking the pool and covered from the elements. Gated slider access to the pool deck is a great idea when you have little ones. Just a few houses from the beach, it's an easy walk to the closest access. Located in Crown Point, just south of the light in Corolla; you can walk or bike to the shopping areas or along the multi-use path for some exercise. Close to golf, shopping, family activities, and more.

Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
