While this home is dog-friendly, not all dogs are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 dogs, no exceptions. Every dog requires:

• Pet fee. The fee price is outlined in the house rules or rental agreement. This may or may not be included in your trip total at the time of booking.
• Refundable Security deposit of $500. This will be collected per dog, after the booking has been confirmed.
• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)
• Proof of valid rabies vaccination
• Dogs are the only animal allowed in this home.
This inviting and spacious vacation home, located in the Lindfield community, offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there's plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day at the parks, or you can enjoy a lazy day by your private pool.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a cozy sitting area with two new sofas, perfect for gathering, working, reading, or simply relaxing. The formal dining room comfortably seats six and offers views of both the kitchen and pool. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, entertaining, or grabbing a quick snack before heading out. You'll have everything you need, from cookware and utensils to dinnerware.

The kitchen dinette, which also seats six, provides a lovely view of the pool area. The main living room features a brand-new sofa and loveseat, a 65" flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private pool. With no rear neighbors, you'll enjoy complete privacy while you swim and soak up the peaceful Florida conservation views.

For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage, although the garage is not available for parking. Whether you're spending your days at the parks or lounging poolside, this home offers everything you need for a memorable vacation!
