Champagne Lodge 3307 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is a top floor condo with vaulted ceilings, a spacious feel, ski mountain views, and a plethora of on site amenities. With 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twins, and a sleeper sofa, it's 3-Bedrooms are ideal for family groups, couples groups, or groups who need lots of individual beds. Please read on for more details.

The Property:
You'll enter and immediately feel the spacious nature of this top floor condo, thanks to the 18 foot high vaulted ceilings that extend across the entry, kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen features granite counters and a raised bar that's perfect for serving up appetizers or setting up your laptop. Travertine backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and a fridge with filtered water and ice are a few more highlights of this fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need to prepare meals. The entry has a bench with shoe storage underneath, coat racks and storage cubbies above which allow the large entry closet to double as a pantry. Dining for 6 is adjacent to the kitchen and living room, making it easy for larger groups to enjoy time together without feeling cramped. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa that offers lots of comfortable seating focused around the large HDTV and gas fireplace. A door leads out to your covered balcony which is more than double the size you'll find at most rental condos. This outdoor space is a treat with views that sweep across the beautifully landscaped grounds up to the national forest and ski slopes. Ride the gondola up the mountain and look down to spot your condo! The bed setup in Champagne Lodge 3307 is great for lots of different types of groups. Two of the three bedrooms are true suites, with private bathrooms that feature long dual sink vanities. In addition, both of these first two bedrooms have a King bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and plenty of closet and dresser space to put away your things. The third bedroom includes a Twin bed by the window plus a Twin over Queen bunk bed, making this room ideal for a couple, a couple plus 2 singles or kids, or up to 4 singles or kids. The bathroom for this third bedroom is right across the hall from the bedroom and features a very large vanity with space for everyone's items.

Location:
This property has an exceptional location in the heart of the Mountain Village that makes walking to the slopes, shops, restaurants, or even groceries a breeze. Remember this, though, If you don't feel like walking, or there is inclement weather, all you have to do is call the front desk for the free private shuttle. It is available during ski season and can transport you to the slopes or anywhere else in town! That said, this location really is a pretty short walk from the heart of the ski area base - Steamboat Square. The "Mountain Sneak" trail runs right past Champagne Lodge, and leads directly to the slopes. Within about 300 meters, you'll come to Apres Ski Way. You can ski right back to this point, conditions permitting. Here you'll also find a small grocery, deli, restaurant, liquor and wine store called The Wild Plum. You'll also find a ski rental shop, burger joint, and Storm Peak Brewery's beer hall. Cross the street and walk another 100 meters and you'll be at the edge of Steamboat Square. That's right, you only walk about 400 meters from this condo to the slopes and the center of our resort's base area! Besides the slopes, the ski school is the first thing you come to. It is very easy to drop off your kids and head back to the condo or up onto the slopes, as well as to pick them up when you're heading home. In fact, with a very straightforward walk, only crossing one intersection with a 4 way stop and crosswalks, many kids can head home without assistance. The two Gondolas, the Christie Peak Express lift, and the ticket office are right here too. So are many restaurants and bars, free concerts, special events, and activities galore. In summer, the base area is so kid friendly, with lots of activities to enjoy. Burgess Creek flows through the base area with a controlled water level that flows through at a level that is ideal for kids who want to splash around. There are beaches and plenty of places to relax along the creek and there are many restaurants and bars, so its a popular place. With a large stage, this area plays host to movie nights, free concerts, art shows, hot air balloon glows, and more. Don't forget, the ski area sits on national forest. So your condo is literally right next to a national forest trailhead. You can hike or bike from your door! You can also ride up the Gondola for food, beverages, amazing views, sunsets, or to hike and bike around to the highest parts of the ski area with a 2000 vertical foot head start! This area is also connected to other trails too. The Mountain Sneak trail, Mt. Werner trail, and Burgess Creek trail all converge within 400 meters of the Champagne Lodge. These paved trails are perfect for walking, strolling, and they connect with the Yampa River Core Trail, which leads to downtown Steamboat, the Emerald Mountain trail system, and beyond. Everything is right out your door.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We provide you with arrival instructions and answers to any specific questions you might have. As long as the elevator is in service, accessing this property does not require any stairs. If not, or if you prefer stairs, it's just two flights up or down between the condo and the ground floor pool area and three flights to the heated underground parking, where you have one assigned and reserved space. There is additional unassigned parking in the underground area, plus covered and uncovered parking spaces across the street, by the clubhouse. With the exception of the assigned and reserved spaces found underground, all extra parking is available on a first come first served basis. We recommend limiting your group to 2 vehicles. Trailers are not allowed, so please make plans for offsite parking if you will have one and feel free to contact us for information on offsite parking options.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. Great Unit!

This condo was spacious with a great layout and amenities. The beds were super comfortable, rooms were a great size and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool/hot tub was close and always had space, the heated garage was a huge bonus and the ski locker was well located and spacious. The ski shuttles looped around often and was also really close to the unit. Everything was wonderful, thanks for a great stay!!

We thought the unit was great. Spacious, with comfortable beds. We have been to Steamboat many times and staying at Trappeur's Crossing was definitely one of our best experiences. The staff were friendly and helpful. The variety of hot tub and pools were great. Ski shuttle was easy and convenient. Plus, having a ride share app for the resort shuttle was a great feature to staying here. Really no need to have a car in Steamboat. Overall a great experience and can't wait to come back.

Great complex near the mountain with great shuttle access.

Great unit for our family of 6 adults. Loved the amenities and the shuttle service both to the mountain and to town were great. Would definitely rent here again.

Great location and amenities

We came up with family to spend Thanksgiving. Our first time at the resort. Amenities are great, including hot tubs, pools, fitness facility. They even have a nice guest lodge with complimentary coffee/tea, and seating to come hang out, play games, read, etc. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The check in procedure can be confusing, but once you do it, it will be simple should you stay again. The only drawback, and this is a small thing, is that when we arrived the condo temperature was only 59 degrees. Coming in from the outside cold, we were not prepared for this, so just know you will need to start the heat up when you arrive. Love how close it is to the ski mountain. We would stay here again!

Perfect Steamboat Resort

The Trappeurs Crossing Resort has all the amenities for a fabulous summer vacation! Grills, pools, hot tub, elevator, ... This unit had air conditioning - took away the worry of hot days! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- everyone in the family was comfortable and we had plenty of room. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay!

We did a family ski trip with kids, and this place worked out perfectly! The condo is very spacious, and a great set up with 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms and double sinks. Also, the shuttle is great, we never had to wait more than a couple minutes! The property felt clean and well cared for. Also the pool and hot tub were a very close walk, and were never too busy.

First Time at Trappeur's Crossing

We enjoyed staying at Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing with our family of 5. Had several issues with the key fobs for the condo the first few days, but the management company was very quick to respond and used texting for communication, which was fabulous. Lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from, and another perk was the private shuttle app that is a part of your stay. Great way to get around town. No need to rent a car if you get Shuttle Service from Haden Airport. There is also a separate shuttle service to the base area almost every 10 to 20 minutes. There is a path to the base area if you don't wish to wait. It's maybe a 10 minute walk. For the most part this is a quite condo complex with families. Close to good restaurants and a Christie Sports.

Fantastic condo

The place was perfect! We had 3 couples and 2 kids. The bedrooms were large and the beds were SO comfortable. It was nice having a bathroom for each couple. The location was perfect for skiing and restaurants. The pools and hot tubs were awesome too! Lots of supplies to use. I highly recommend this place!

stay was great and would highly recommend. this is not ski in ski out, however shuttle service makes it very easy to get to and from base in less than 5 minutes. unit exceeded our expectations. highly recommend. we'd stay here again.

Fantastic location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Having the garage was an added bonus. The property had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Steamboat. The location was so convenient for skiing.

Maintenance issues

Beds in kids room were very noisy, front door slammed, got stuck in elevator for 40 minutes until fire department rescued us. We have stayed at Trappeurs Crossing many times, but maintenance appears to be an issue.

Well-appointed condo. Kitchen was setup with any item you would want. Comfy beds. Pools and clubhouse were nice. The added touch of a warm fall week with fabulous colors was a bonus.

Champagne Lodge 3307

This is a great, comfortable, and clean unit. The linens provided were of very good quality and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Remember to check into the unit first before heading to the store, plenty of re-usable bags are provided by the owner for the shopping trip. We recommend exiting through the garage with your ski boots on to get to the mountain shuttle, much easier walk!

Awesome Location and Services

Highly recommend this property. Amazing view, great layout, well-stocked kitchen and amenities. Pool, hot tub, on-demand shuttle service. Definitely coming back!

Great Condo!

Everything was as listed. No need to rent a car. Close enough to walk to the ski lifts but why would you when there are shuttles running non stop. Also shuttles to go in town via an app. Everything was very convenient which made the trip a breeze! Will diffidently go back in the future!
