This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.
Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.
Behind the gates of Highlands Falls Country Club, this beautifully appointed 4BR/4.5BA home has everything you need for a mountain getaway! Set on a secluded lot that backs up to a forest preserve, the home offers peaceful surroundings and total privacy.
Main Level:
The main level features a beautifully appointed living area with ample seating, perfect for gathering and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. Just off the kitchen, a spacious dining area provides the ideal setting for shared meals. One of the four bedrooms is located on this level, complete with an en suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.
Lower Level:
Designed with versatility in mind, the lower level includes a second living roomâperfect for movie nights or a quiet retreatâas well as a kitchenette, ideal for guests needing a separate space to prep meals or snacks. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms are located on this level, making it a great option for large families or two families traveling together.
Outdoor Spaces:
The covered main-level porch provides a front-row seat to the stunning mountain sunsets that only Western North Carolina can deliver. With both upper and lower porches, there's plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air, dine outdoors, or simply take in the natural beauty. Despite the tranquil setting, youâre just 2 miles from downtown Highlands by carâor enjoy a scenic 25-minute hike into town via nearby trail.
