The cottage is located about a block away from the beach and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom! There is a third bedroom where the washroom and dryer is kept but a single bed can be pulled out and used. Also has a 4 season sun room!

Fishing Trip

Location is perfect access for Warner Road. We had sufficient room for 3 of us with one sleeping on futon. Would’ve been difficult with more people and the laundry room/bedroom setup of twin mattress. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again myself with a small group.

Cottage weekend

Cottage was clean and beautiful! Area was nice and quite. My family had a great stay here and we will definitely be back!

Great Location for Us

The cottage was a great location for us as we attended a wedding at Kinloch Grove. Nice kitchen amenities, the bedrooms cooled off quickly with the fans going, the AC helped keep the main room cool. Lovely space with a sunroom. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. It was great that dogs are allowed. Would consider this place again if booking in this area.

Fishing trip on lake winnipeg

We stayed at the property for an ice fishing trip to lake winnipeg. The property had plenty of room for parking our trailer and gear and was close to the lake access. House was cozy and had everything we needed, would definitely stay again!

Quiet location

No surprises. Convenient home base to explore the interlake. Beds and furniture clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Matlock holiday

This cottage suited our needs well. The beach was close and had nice sand for kids to play in.

Only 2 bedrooms

The cabin was clean and large. Lots of space inside and out. The only complaint we had was that the ad is a little deceiving, as the cabin is more than a half block from the beach (it's close, but not a half a block) and there were only 2 actual bedrooms, not 3 as listed. Host was easy to get ahold of and accommodating. I would stay here again!

Getaway

Was an amazing stay, we loved that the beach was just a block away. And everything was there that we needed. We had an issue but the hosts fixed the issue right away.
