The Space:
Settle into the sunshine-filled reading nook with a good book or watch the sunrise over the tranquil lake from your patio with a cup of coffee. Embark on an adventure to the beach with your furry friend or ride your bike along the kilometres of cycling tracks right on your doorstep. Aside from the endless activities on offer, this beautiful home has many impressive features and modern touches to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.
The front door of the home opens to a corridor decorated with striking artwork that is illuminated by an abundance of natural lighting invited in by the expansive windows. Following on from that bathroom is an outside sitting area with a BBQ and space for five to sit down and soak up the sunlight. The corridor further expands to an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that is extremely communal.
The generous open-planned layout provides a seamless transition from the living/dining area to the exquisite waterfront views from the patio and allows for light-filled living with year-round breezes. With an island benchtop, breakfast bar seating, and quality appliances, the stylish yet functional kitchen provides the chef of the household with a comfortable cooking environment.
The marble dining table can fit up to eight people so your group of family or friends can all enjoy a meal together with waterfront views of the tranquil lake that is quite literally, on your back doorstep. The expansive design transitions to the sunlit alfresco patio and sparkling plunge pool where you can relax and indulge in the panoramic views and natural beauty of the lake.
Upstairs is a spacious master suite that has one of the very best views in the house. Let the morning sunshine wake you to tranquil waterfront views from the comfort of your bed. The ensuite is spacious with a double vanity and large shower. Outside of the master bedroom is a living space fit with a reading nook and study space.
Get productive and work from home at the desk or settle into the reading nook with a good book. Branching off from that space are three comfortable bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and artistic décor. Two of the three bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, and the third bedroom contains a day bed with a pull-out trundle.

There is a washer, sink and an outdoor clothesline just off the laundry.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage. The driveway has space for two parked cars and there is temporary street parking available. Please note the street parking is timed and has a one-hour limit.

Position and convenience are at your doorstep, including the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, shopping centre, sporting fields, parks, walkways, and Birtinya Lake. Right outside your back door step is kms of walking and cycling tracks, perfect for those who enjoy a morning stroll or a bike ride to the beach.
The Sunshine Coast University Hospital is an easy 5-minute walk from the home.
Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located close to beaches, schools, Stockland Birtinya and is walking distance to the local hospital and cafes. The peaceful lake that the home overlooks is central to kilometres of walking and cycling tracks, some of which can be followed directly to Bokarina Beach without ever crossing any main roads
- The Sunshine Coast University Hospital is a 5-minute walk.
- Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 65-minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
