With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.
The Space:
The Peninsula Apartment complex is ideally located only 50m from the patrolled beach, 200m to Cavill Mall and the centre of Surfers Paradise with its shops and restaurants and 100m to the light rail station, tram stop.
Apartment 30A Peninsula Apartment offers enjoyment at an affordable price absolutely perfect to ensure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons.
This apartment offers:
Fully tiled apartment with carpet in the bedrooms
Large lounge area, Smart TV, 2 couches, day bed to relax over looking Surfers Paradise Beach opening onto a full length balcony with an outdoor setting
Fully equipped modern kitchen for all your cooking needs, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, glassware, cutlery & crockery plus 4 seater dining and breakfast bar
Master bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobe, floor to ceiling windows waking up to ocean views, air conditioning
Second bedroom queen bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, also stunning ocean views
Master bedroom with renovated ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, toilet, new vanity/basin including hairdryer

The Neighborhood:
Known as AustraliaÂżs `Theme Park CapitalÂż the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.

Surfers Paradise is a seaside resort on Queensland's Gold Coast in eastern Australia. It's known for its high-rise skyline and iconic Surfers Paradise Beach, which hosts a popular market several evenings a week, it is very popular with locals and travelers alike. Along Cavill Avenue are shops, cafes and lively nightclubs.
Ballah is conveniently positioned right in the heart of Surfers Paradise and sits on top of of the Paradise Centre Shopping Mall, convenient for all of your shopping needs during your Surfers Paradise holiday.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
