Family Stay

It worked great for our family of 5. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood, pretty quiet. Decent location for our trip itinerary. Nancy was kind and let us have a later check out since our flight was later in the day. Overall kitchen was pretty stocked, just needed more forks as there were only 5.

Mostly good!

The house was pretty but not quite in the great location we thought it would be.Also a few things needed to be fixed. The living room is pretty useless.

Great Henderson home

Nancy was great to work with! She let us check in early, which I was very appreciative for! Kitchen appliances are like new. Master bed is quite hard but some people like that. The house is in a HOA, I didn’t realize until we arrived (it was a surprise, not a problem!). Again, Nancy is wonderful to work with!

very nice home.

The only issue we had was the neighbor on the east side was playing his music so loud the bedroom we were in on the main floor shook. When asked to turn it down and it was after midnight he said oh you're just renting and didn't turn it down for at least a half hour. Otherwise it was a great place to Stay.

Disappointed

We have stayed in many, many vacation homes since 2007, and this home was the first that we would call "below our expectations." This did not feel like a vacation home. Shortly after arriving we felt as though we had rented the owner's primary home, and they had left the 4 days we were there.The cleaning level was not the same as we have seen in other vacation homes where we have stayed.

The only complaint we had was this property was advertised as have access to the communal pool, which was false. This property is located within an HIA and in order to use the pool you need to be a homeowner. The house itself is luxury minus the pool. The host was helpful in sending links to other community pools however after driving to the one we chose, only to find it was closed during the week as all the other public outdoor pools since school had just started.

lovely home, beware of fleas!!

We liked the home and the neighborhood. Unfortunately I was eaten by fleas every night. Please take care of this problem before allowing any other guests! I came home with over 35 flea bites all over my body! I was afraid to sit on the furniture (inside and outside) and falling asleep was challenging from all of the itching, plus the fear of getting bit all night!
