Your search is over because “Sunset Oasis” is now managed by Lewis Realty and ready to welcome guests for a peaceful beach vacation. This stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single family home invites you to leave your troubles behind. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home while soaking in the amazing views of the Intracoastal waterway.

Sunset Oasis offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bed sizes include 2 Queens, 1 Twin over Double Bunk, and 2 Twin beds to comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. Pillows and blankets are provided.

➤This property offers a Private Pool! (Opening May 2024). Guests will need to sign a pool waiver before check-in. A heated pool upgrade is available from September through November and then again from March through May for an additional fee. *Heater not available December through February or June through August*

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Please refer to our Rentals FAQ page for useful information about our rentals!

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) ARE Included with Lewis Realty reservations!!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

Thanksgiving

Its a great location. However, the property was marginally dirty. Specifically, there is grime on the floorboards, cupboards, bathroom. I understand its difficult to do a deep clean, but I think it would be worth doing a few times a year.

Pretty good stay

The property location and realty company were great. Cleanliness of inside of home was very good. Dock was nice. Outside of the property needs some upkeep. Screens were torn on porch. Outdoor furniture was piled in a corner and I had to spray everything off before we could use but over all it was great. Would definitely return.

Great Getaway Close to Beach

The view of the marsh and intercoastal is perfect. The dock is a bonus and a great place for a cocktail or morning coffee. Beach was a three minute walk down the street. The house is updated and clean, great for a family or quick getaway.
