Welcome to Salty Medicine, a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located in North Topsail Beach in the very sought after community, Village of Stump Sound. This home sits on a second row with beautiful views of the Atlantic, and has direct access to the beach right in front of the house. The Village of Stump Sound offers a pool, tennis courts, boat ramp, day dock for launching your kayaks and paddle boards.

This home has 4 bedrooms, the top floor offers one of the two master suites, with a King bed and a full private bathroom. On this floor you will also find the living area, a half bath and the best decks for watching the sunrise and sunset. Down the stairs you will find the other three bedrooms, the second master with a queen with private bathroom, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks and a queen room that share a full bathroom. You will also find the washer and dryer on this level.

The decks offer views of the Atlantic ocean and some sound views for sunsets

On the ground floor you will find a fenced in backyard with a fire pit, a grill and an outdoor entertaining area, great for hanging out and washing your catch of the day.

Located in a private oceanfront community, Village of Stump Sound. Six minute drive to the many restaurants and activities in Surf City. Twelve minute drive to Publix. Thirteen minutes to Food Lion.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

A separate security deposit for $400 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking. Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
