This villa is beautifully furnished with all of the amenities of home. Beautiful furnishings and decor throughout give this unit a bright, airy feel. The living room features a beautiful sofa and two chairs, with a large flat screen TV for family entertainment. The screened in porch is the perfect area to relax for a drink or a meal while comfortably enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths allow for privacy when needed as well. All rooms feature flat screen Smart TVs with cable TV.

Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, this villa is close to all that Hilton Head has to offer. This villa is a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza with dozens of shops and restaurants where you can find the best local merchandise, entertainment, and dining on the island. Hop on the included bicycles, put your included beach chairs on your back, and pedal to the ocean in minutes. Following the driveway that is next to the unit leads you directly to South Forest Beach Drive, and directly across the street is the beach. It is about a 2 block walk from the villa to the water, and can be made on foot in less than 10 minutes.

* Please note, the pools in this community are open from April through October.

Great Family trip

Looked for an apartment close to the beach, but still far enough inland to enjoy the peace. This place has it all. Perfect for a family of 4 or a trip with friends. Definitely will stay here again.

Summer vacation

Summer vacation at Hilton Head Island. We have used this rental property company in the past and were very pleased. Perfect location to everything! Easy access for walking, biking or driving.

Hilton Head is a magical place

This property is beautifully decorated and was spotless upon arrival. Loved the proximity to amenities. One frustrating issue with TV cable but it was quickly resolved.

Absolutely amazing!

What a perfect place to stay. The unit has every amenity possible. The patio is so relaxing to sit on and hear the water flowing and birds singing. Clean and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Weekend End of Summer Trip

My husband and I booked this condo for an end of summer getaway. Property was in a great location and was perfect for our trip. 5-minute easy bike ride to the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed cooking and beach. Updated decor and clean. We’ll be back for sure.

Very clean, pet-friendly condo

The condo was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen with respect to utensils, cups, pans, etc. The screened-in porch has a lovely view of the pool. The floors are a bit uneven as mentioned in other posts, but not enough to be bothersome. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and that bikes were included in our stay. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but a great central location for exploring HHI.

Family Beach Trip

Property was nice. The floor seems to sagging down in some places, especially master bedroom. The lighting is very dull, especially in kitchen and dining area. Everything else is nice.

Perfect for a Long Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit became Home to us for 6wks. It was very quiet, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and definitely convenient to everything. Most units in this area are older but still nice.The downside was that surfaces seemed to have been wiped/dusted but not cleaned, especially the stovetop and the floors! We notified the rental agency and they had someone there to clean within less than an hour! We are not ones to complain but the housekeeper still had not mopped so we felt it necessary to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves! ..and I'm not sure what was burnt on the cooktop, but it took some time to get it clean. We have rented multiple times from this rental agency and never had this problem, so guessing it was a different cleaning service?!Overall, we would rent this unit again.

Spacious Condo, close proximity to shopping and dining

This condo was a nice stay for us in late January. We liked the screened in porch and it’s proximity to the shopping and dining. The development is nice with many walking paths and landscaping. Finding the unit can be daunting, but if you pay attention to the signs as you drive down the main driveway, you’ll see the unit number signs at the end of each path along the drive. The condo is well stocked with kitchen tools, and appliances. Internet is very spotty, or at least was the week we were there, so it made working remotely difficult, we just ended up using our hotspot.

A cozy spot

Great location! Well stocked kitchen with very clean utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, coffee maker, Keurig, four slice toaster and even a hand mixer! Beds slept great! First floor villa so only about 8 steps to the door. Friendly, dog friendly community. Pool view from the screened back porch at this property! There is a beach wagon with the nice big wheels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and some beach toys for the kiddos in the hall closet! Nice stackable washer/dryer behind curtain in the kitchen. Thats always a plus! A 10 minute walk to the closest beach access path across the street. About a 15-20 minute walk to Coligny depending on your pace. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others.

Getaway to HHI

The property was very clean and convenient to all that we wanted to do. The 2 bedroom 2 bath is just the right size for a small family orsmall group. We did not bring our dog this time but loved the fact it is pet friendly. Property has all the beach supplies you need except towels and personal items. Bikes were free and lots of fun. We would definitely sray again when in the area.

Great place!

We have stayed at many places and this one exceeds all of them! The kitchen is well stocked and furniture/beds were very comfortable. I might recommend they add a crockpot for dinners after busy days. The wagon, 4 backpack beach chairs and 4 bikes were a bonus for us to use. They also had an umbrella and a cooler to use. The location was a 5 min bike ride to the beach, 10 -15 min walk. The path to the beach is between the Hilton and Marriott properties. Bonus was the bathroom at the beach. (someone gave us the code to use) The condo is right by the pool which was nice but if there were many kids there - could get loud. Pool water and ocean were very cold! We rented Mar 16-Apr 13. Condo was a short bike ride to Coligny circle and the park for concerts. At Easter time (Fri-Tues) the traffic at Coligny and beach picked up. We were not there for the Heritage but heard that the public parking at Coligny is the shuttle location. In 2025 The Heritage and Easter week will be the same time. (week before Easter). The management company was fantastic every time we reached out to them - called or responded within minutes! We can't wait to go back in 2025!

Great stay at Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was just as described. It was decorated beach style very nice. Villa was clean and worked perfect for us and our doodle. There was plenty of room for our dog crate and the grounds were perfect for walking her. It was a 10-15 min walk to the beach along a shaded paved path. The wagon provided worked great. We enjoyed the bikes provided. We had a tv issue and they were in touch with us immediately. We contacted the cable company and it was fixed the next day. The floor is raised in spots as listed in other reviews but had no effect on us. The people above us were able to be heard walking around but it was only slightly an issue late at night. Not a big deal. We would definitely like to go back. It was lovely.
