Unit was very nice, and apparently had been recently updated with new flooring, appliances and furniture. It was much nicer than we had anticipated. There were a few minor issues (dining table light not working, missing outlet cover in bedroom, Ice maker freezes up, scary elevator, hot tub out of service all week), but overall our experience Was enjoyable and relaxing. One big complaint was one day, when we had just got back from a day at the beach and we were all taking showers, I got a knock at the door. The person at the door said he was the electrician there to work on a reported issue. We had not reported any issues at the time, but he said it was an order from the property mgmt. I asked him to come back in 10 minutes to give us time to get dressed, and he did so. During that time I texted the property mgmt asking if they knew he would be coming, because i had not been given a heads up from them, and he had no identification other than to say he was the electrician. The property mgmt never responded to my text, so before he came back I had my wife and daughter lock themselves in the bedroom. I let him in, he was very nice and he worked on the previously reported issue and left without incident. I feel this is a miss by the property mgmt, and we should have been notified ahead of time to expect him, and that they should provide some kind of identification. We had a very enjoyable experience here, and would be very happy to stay here again.
