Grill out by the pool! Gulf Access

This beautiful villa imbeded in a lush garden with palm trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea in Southwest Cape Coral is located on the Baruna Canal with direct Gulf access. The spacious pool area consists of a partly roofed terrace and a solar heated salt water pool. A cage protects you from unsolicited guests. You will be acommodated in 3 bright bedrooms, 2 baths, an inviting living area with fully equipped high quality kitchen and a dining area. An individually adjustable room air conditioner will provide a comfortable indoor climate. Enjoy the evening with a delicious BBQ on the gas grill.

We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
