Entertaining is a breeze with a modern kitchen, large dining area, wood fireplace, 65-inch TV and pool table. The house is also complete with 3 bathrooms, ducted gas heating, air conditioning in living areas, laundry and double garage. Natural light throughout the house. Located close to the centre of town and the Three Sisters. Sense of seclusion on the edge of Katoomba, 4,000 sqm property with yard as well as significant natural bushland. Close to bushwalks and nearby lookouts with spectacular views. Norths Lookout, Cahill's Lookout, Narrowneck Lookout, Therabulat Lookout.

Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 8 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Heating - Air conditioning and fireplace in the main living area. Air conditioning added to the downstairs entertainment area, living areas with reverse cycle air conditioning.

Firewood - 1 bag of firewood supplied in winter months Jun, Jul & Aug or you can purchase firewood at local service stations, supermarkets & hardware stores.

Indoor Activities - 65" T V, Netflix, Foxtel, Disney and a D V D player, large screen projector in the family room and 50" in the main bedroom , B.O.S.E Bluetooth speaker, free Wifi. Pool table.

Outdoor Activities - minutes from beautiful bushwalks and lookouts and trampoline and swing set for the kids.
