Nice home

Nice home. Pictures are accurate. Worked well for our trip. Not sure anyone lives here or that it's used frequently...there are just a number of small things that were fine but would be addressed if folks used the house regularly or lived here. Everything handled by Evolve, a management company outside the US (so not local to Worcester) which worked ok but still left things confused. Don't let that deter you from using the home though. It was a comfortable and pleasant spot with plenty of room.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We were in town for a reunion at WPI. The house provided a great place for us to stay and gather together in between activities on campus.

Even bigger than it looks

So much space. House has everything you could possibly need. Even has a pack and play for infants. Every possible tool / utensil, all modern kitchen appliances. Had a great stay here. Clean, quiet, safe.

Big older house

Plenty of room and nice kitchen. The little Mr Coffee pot, didn’t work. Needs to update “coffee “ Also, more lighting is needed in LR, & All BR’s. It would be nice to have an outside garage can. Upstairs Bath tub clogged up, We Did find Draino, we purchased one, and got it fixed. With some tweaks, we would stay here again.

Not what was advertised

This property needs updating. The heating system is very old and made very loud clanking noises. It also took a long time to warm the house. Owner needs to verify that all amenities listed are available. There was no hair dryer and no access to the washer and dryer. The owner did allow w/d access after we contacted the property manager. The keyless entry code was changed from what was sent to us but we were not notified. This required contacting the property manager for the correct code.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

We were in town for a reunion at WPI. The house provided a nice place to gather and sleep between activities on campus. It was a great place to reconnect and was very clean.

Old House Charm

The house was nice and large and had many rooms for everyone. The best part of the house was the kitchen and living room areas and it did have some older home charm. The property did have a few drawbacks however. The heating system is radiant heat so the heat is really noisy for people that are not used to this. The kitchen is nice like previously stated, but many of the cupboards were filled with food, like really filled. We can understand having spices/seasonings and Ziplocs, tinfoil/plastic wraps in the cupboards and drawers, which is always helpful to guests. But boxes and boxes of cereal, pastas, rice, baby formula, and such made us feel like we were staying with someone's family. The refrigerator had a couple shelves and drawers full of food also, and we had to forget about putting anything that we brought in the freezer. It was packed. This was frustrating as we didn't have much space to put things away and we had 3 families staying for 5 days. We needed some space. The bathrooms seem to be original with original tile work but they were dark and again, the showers were filled with used shampoos and soaps and even body luffas. Again, we felt like we were guests staying with a family that lived on site. This place has potential for sure and with a few tweaks it could be fantastic.

Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for our family! The space was unreal, beds comfy, and plenty of outdoor space. I was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was as well.
