This Sunny unit is situated in a quiet street - is modern and comfortable. All new furniture to use after a long day of fishing. The unit has one bedroom with a Queen bed and a Single bunk bed situated in the lounge area. The lounge is also a fold out sofa bed suitable for one person or two small children. You can also bring your Pet - outside only
Front lawn area has room to park 3 x 10 meter Boat and Car setup. 1x 10m Boat & Car can be locked in yard
Bbq and outdoor table and chairs and a chest freezer located in a Garage for your use.
George street is located north of the Bermagui Bridge in walking distance to Octopi restaurant/cafe, convenience store, Bp Service Station and Moorehead Beach and Bermagui River. 15 minute walk to Bermagui Marina and Country Club.
Please note: The unit is at the back of the Main house - two story â Has separate access, quiet and private location.
Linen- Guests will need to bring bed sheets and Towels. Doonas and pillow are provided
Sheet and towel hire is available by prior arrangement.
Pets - Pets permitted outside only- Fully fenced back yard. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain. Limit of One pet unless by prior written arrangement.
Please note - The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet - eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property
