From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel as if youâve arrived in paradiseâŠ
Our Summerland home is a luxury getaway that is perfect for a family that is looking for the amenities of a resort and the comforts of home. Experience views of beautiful Okanagan Lake while your floating in our private outdoor pool, a luxury chefâs kitchen with everything you need to feel at home and a beautiful living room for you and your family to enjoy.
For the wine lovers- this home is minutes from our favorite wineries such as Generation 8, Dirty Laundry and more.
For outdoor enthusiasts â there are many nearby hikes such as Giantâs head, as well as the Trans Canada trail where you can cycle or hike. The home is only a 45-minute drive to Apex Ski Mountain and 1.5 hours to Big White Ski Mountain.
If you are planning on doing some shopping the home is a 10-minute drive to Penticton and a 30-minute lakeside drive to West Kelowna.
As you enter the home, you are greeted with a stunning open concept space with 10ft floor to ceiling windows. The retractable glass doors open to a million-dollar view of the lake.
There is ample living space with a 75â picture frame TV, spacious sectional, dining table that seats 10 people â plenty of room for your family to enjoy time and conversations together. The island has seating for 4 people and a bar where you can mix up your favorite cocktails.
The kitchen is equipped with a 8 burner Wolfe Stove with 2 ovens and top of the line appliances â Wolfe blender, Wolfe coffee maker, Wolfe toaster etc. Plenty of space to cook some delicious dinners.
The primary bedroom has 11ft floor to ceiling windows and a covered deck overlooking the lake. The room has a king bed, spa-like ensuite with heated floors, tub, walk in shower, private washroom, and a big walk-in closet all overlooking the lake. The entire primary room is equipped with electronic Lutron blinds. The pillows and duvet are feather and down to provide the most comfort in all bedrooms.
The 2nd guestroom has a queen bed and a small desk. The 3rd room has built-in bunkbeds (two queens on the bottom and 2 twins on top.) On the main floor you will find the 4th guestroom that has a beautiful ensuite, desk and a 55â TV.
There is a washer and dryer on both floors.

Please note - there is no access to the garage
