Min lugna ett sovrum, ett badrum nyrenoverade 2 berättelse pensionat ligger på "den mest eftertraktade gatan i Venedig." Bara några steg till världsberömda Abbot Kinney Boulevard och en kort promenad eller cykeltur, (cyklar) till stranden och Santa Monica. Vackert inredda privata två våningar med takfönster i vardagsrummet och sovrummet ger ett överflöd av naturligt ljus. Lavish linne stoppade möbler hela och den mest lyxiga sängen och lakan du någonsin kommer att uppleva. Det miljövänliga pensionatet bibehålls med miljövänliga produkter för dig och jorden. Från den organiska färgen på väggarna till de naturliga rengöringsprodukterna som används innan varje gäst anländer till allergivänliga tvålen för sängkläder och handdukar. Det är den perfekta kombinationen av plats, privatliv, komfort och bekvämlighet. En perfekt plats att koppla av och njuta av alla Venedig

Ingen särskild parkering, endast gatuparkering. Observera att gata rengöring är på andra sidor av gatan onsdag och torsdag. Kontrollera gatorna innan du parkerar.

Pensionatet ligger på baksidan av fastigheten. Din tillgång till fastigheten är via California Court, (gränd) som går mellan California Ave. och Milwood Ave. Ingången är säkrad med säkra och lätta elektroniska lås. För säkerhet har varje gäst sin egen specifika åtkomstkod.
Gästerna har ett anlagd uteplats precis utanför gästhuset entré där du kan koppla av i privatlivet.

Det finns en stor alltför vänlig Newfoundland hund som heter Luke lounging runt fastigheten. Han är oftast tupplur och ibland letar efter någon att klappa honom. Han är super trevlig och helt passiv.

AMAZING stay in Venice!

I honestly don't know where to start. Andrew is truly the best host we've ever experienced! So kind, caring and attentive. His home is extremely clean, well equipped with everything you might need and impeccably decorated. His attention to detail is phenomenal! The location is incredible, walking distance to everything.I just can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had on our stay! We'll be back!

Perfect loft for local experience

This loft was exactly what my mom and I needed for a quick mid-week stay. Andrew, the owner has done an amazing job turning this space into a high end, local experience. The loft was well equipment with supplies, very comfortable and right in the heart of Venice. Would absolutely stay again!

Andrew's space is a dream. The space, the amenities (this place is better stocked than my own home), and the care that Andrew puts into hosting are dreamy. Can't recommend this place enough.

Outstanding!

What a great place to stay! This is a comfortable and cozy apartment. Plenty of space for two. The bed is comfortable and the space is classy. The house is a two minute walk from great restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of shopping and places to explore. I took one of the offered bikes and road from Venice Beach to the other side of Santa Monica. And you can't beat the weather in Venice Beach! There was too much to see in just two days, all within walking distance. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a personal tour of the property and helped us carry in our bags. He provided an assortment of snacks and treats to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely come back in the future.

Hidden gem in the heart of Venice Beach!

I hesitate to write about what an amazing place this is because I’m afraid too many people will find out and it won’t be available again! It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and in a great location — steps from all the cool places in Venice Beach but still quiet. Andrew is an incredibly thoughtful and helpful host. Upon arrival, delicious treats for weary travelers and he is super knowledgeable about the neighborhood. He even got us hard to get dinner reservations. I could have comfortably stayed for months. I will definitely come back!

DREAM VENICE ACCOMODATION

My stay at the Venice Eco guest house was a dream. The host Andrew is brilliant from his local knowledge, all the extra amenities he provides to his beautiful house dog Luke it really is the perfect place to stay in Venice. The guest house is right off Abbott kiddey which is perfect for shopping and dinning, just blocks from the beach - made even easier with the provided cruiser bike I used most days. The boho apartment is gorgeous and amenities are better than a hotel. From the fresh flowers and wine on arrival to the Aesop products throughout, chic furnishings and organic snacks and drinks provided in the fridge this place is a 11/10 for me. Highly recommend this accomodation and host Andrew.

Andrew's apartment is the perfect home away from home. We were here for a week for work and the place was fantastic. A very minimalist and tranquil beach theme made it really easy to relax during our stay. In addition, what makes this place phenomenal and sets this place apart is his attention to detail in his soft products; such as his personal greeting and helping you bring your luggage in, to the stocked fridge with bottled water and organic pantry snacks, to the top of the line toiletries offered. When we're down here again for work, we'll definitely look to stay here again.

In all the properties I’ve stayed in, this one surpassed my expectations!

I couldn’t give a better review!! Andrew is an incredibly charming helpful host, and the home he’s created is luxuriously soft, comfortable and done with great taste. His beautiful furnishing, fresh flowers, bread from an amazing bakery, chocolates, wine...all made me feel as cozy as home! His lovely Newfoundland also made the experience even better. I HIGHLY recommend staying with him! Thanks so much Andrew!

Fantastic

I am a fellow VRBO owner and frequent guest and know what it takes to maintain an inviting property. Everything was perfect, from the personel greeting, to the goodies left for me and of course a bottle of wine. Lovely peaceful retreat in the heart of Abbott Kinney - Venice

We had such an incredibly wonderful weekend at this lovely guest house just a block off the bustling Venice street of Abbott Kinney. Andrew was the most exceptional host!!! We arrived to find little goodies he had left to welcome us. There was every essential you could possibly need in the guest house. An outdoor private seating area surrounded by lush plants. The resident dog, Luke, was such a gentle giant and a joy to have around :) Andrew gave great restaurant recommendations for the area..(all walking distance)...we tried them all and they were fantastic! The beach was also walking distance if you wanted a little extra stroll but Andrew also had bikes to borrow. The bed was a dream! My friend and I hadn't had such restful sleep in years! This guest house was everything that we could have asked for and more, we felt so much at home and so welcomed. We will most certainly be back :D

Excellent!

The location is perfect if you want to explore Venice, tons of great restaurants and shops are walking distance. The place itself is very nice and clean and was stocked with everything you would need for a stay. Andrew was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this spot.

Great Location, Great Touches

Superb apartment and location!
