Neat and tidy, with a great location

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to what we needed. Home is small but clean. Owners do a nice job.

Thanksgiving stay

Wonderful spot for a family group of four to stay, especially over the Thanksgiving holiday as we were visiting family in the neighborhood.The home was beautifully decorated; it is a relatively recent listing. We had a little trouble getting in with the door code but the owner was readily available by phone and walked us through the problem. We would certainly stay again!

Great place to stay!

This is a cute little house in a very nice neighborhood. The owners were very nice and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were traveling with our grandchildren and we very much appreciated all the extras that were available during our stay - high chair, toys, books and even toddler cups. And the very nice welcome of a cold local brewery beer when we arrived was one of the nicest surprises I have ever had renting a home. If we are ever staying in the Indianapolis area again, we will definitely stay at this home again.

Felt like a home away from home

This place was very comfortable. No one bothered u. No loud neighbors. It was peaceful and the whole neighborhood was clean and nice. The house was very spacious. Upstairs was 1st level then the basement which was a bedroom shower and laundry plus another tv and sitting area with a bar and game table. Kitchen was fully stocked with more then u could think of. Back patio was nice and very clean. Plenty of parking space with fast food restaurants, wal mart meijer grocery stores all with 5 mins of the home. But that being said it doesn’t look like ur that close to any shops. And it’s mins from main attractions.
