Stunning Views

Excellent accommodations for our group of 10. The 4 kids had their own room which was great for the adults. The house has everything you could need and is very clean, but what set this home apart was the incredible view out the front window - it is what you come to Sedona for. The home is close to some of the best hikes in the area. Truly, if you’re coming out to hike and not shop then staying in the village of Oak Creek may be a better option than downtown Sedona which is congested and expensive. We will definitely rent again if/when we return.

Great Location

The location was awesome on terms of where we needed to be in between both of the golf courses we were playing at. House was roomy, and spacious. Wifi was a little suspect but it worked ok. Dislike: bunch of cobwebs in back on the patio table. Garage: sounds like the doors going to snap.

Everything was good. The house is big and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. I would stay at this house again in the future.

Great house, amazing views of red rock, quiet neighborhood. Easy to navigate and close to grocery and restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot tub after hiking each day. property management team was responsive to our questions. The house is spacious and has good light, and the kitchen seems stocked up since the earlier reviews.

Overall the house was very nice for our stay. The Good Things: The location is excellent, as are the views. The hot tub was a hit, parking is easy, and having the washer+dryer was helpful. Everything was clean and the space is easy to move around. The pre-stay communication was excellent. The Improves: It was hard to get the temperature right in the house, especially in the bedrooms through the night. The kitchen is mostly stocked, but missing enough key items to force some creativity when cooking big meals. Couches and beds are decently comfortable. Very thin walls so noise travels across the house.

Many many cockroaches!

Upon arrival, we parked in the garage and were greeted by SEVERAL cockroaches. When we went inside the house, we proceeded to find more cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms. I contacted the local host to see if she can address the issue. She replied the following morning and found someone to come spray to property. However, we still found cockroaches on the property after. The house itself was as advertised but could use additional plates/cups. It is also conveniently located 30min from Sedona and is close to many hiking trails. The highlight was the hot tub and the beautiful view of Sedona and starry night sky! Encountering cockroaches ruined our entire stay.

Short Weekend Getaway

Clean and spacious house with beautiful yard and view of mountains. Hot tub was exactly what we needed. Great location close to lots of trailheads. Great grocery store just down the street. Only real complaint was lack of kitchen supplies and extra blankets for lounging around. We had a group of 7 and cooked most of our meals, which was a bit challenging without mixing bowls, storage containers, cooking utensils, etc.
