Spacious duplex apartment at the Icon Park Condo in Kamala offers both great location and excellent amenities. The building is well maintained, with great amenities and panoramic views, has a large swimming pool with jacuzzi, sundeck with loungers, a SPA with sauna, a fitness studio, 24 hour security, CCTV and private parking area.
Icon Park is nested in the southern end of Kamala and only a short 8 min walk (650m) from the soft sands of Kamala Beach. The Big C and Super Cheap supermarkets, bakeries, massage shops, restaurants and a local night market are all within an easy 5-10 walk.
Step through the front door into a sunlit and airy apartment featuring a wall of windows, giving the apartment not only gorgeous tropical views but also letting the cooling island breeze flow in throughout the day.
The living room is complete with comfy furnishings, lounge area with a large Smart TV, and a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture that overlooks beautiful jungle-cated mountains.
The kitchen has plenty of space and is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay including a stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cookware, and a full size refrigerator.
Both bedrooms have big comfortable beds, air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs with international channels, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The master bedroom upstairs features a huge walk-in closet with a dressing table and mirror and a laptop friendly workspace. There is a washing machine in the duplex, which is convenient for longer stays.
Please note. Electric usage is not included in the rate, it will be charged at 10 baht per unit. Expect to pay around 500 baht/night for normal usage, with ACs on during the night.
Daily cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1500 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
