Great location, spacious penthouse, comfortable king bed, nice having two bathrooms, kitchen was large with barstools and large dining room table. We used the gas fireplace every day. Fun sitting on the rooftop patio and watching the sunset. Parking in the covered lot across the street was easy

Family Folsom Weekend

We had a wonderful stay here! My husband and I stayed here with my parents and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us and everything you need. The place is a great location to explore Folsom with plenty of things to do nearby. We were walking distance to breakfast/dinner every day. We were able to host a happy hour with the rest of our family one night and enjoy the rooftop sunset views. We would love to stay here again!

Always a slice of heaven

Perfectly located and perfectly appointed, the Penthouse on Sutter is our favorite spot!! This was our 3rd annual trip to Folsom and we LOVE coming to this penthouse. The rooftop lounge area is our favorite!!!

Loved the property; it’s literally in the heart of the city (or should I say above it). Doug was super helpful/responsive and gave us some insights on where to go and what was happening. Big fans, would do again!

Everything was great. We watched 4 sunsets on the rooftop patio during the week and took advantage of the close proximity to some great restaurants. Parking can be challenging if it is Friday or Saturday night but that's because the location is so fantastic.

Outstanding Location!

It is located in a great downtown location. Walking distance to all restaurants and night life. Front balcony and rooftop is great for enjoying your coffee in the morning and a evening cocktail as you watch the people mingling downtown. If you have the opportunity to stay at this location don’t pass it up!

In Old Town Folsom and immediately next to restaurants and shops. New and clean interior. Very comfortable and lots of light and high ceilings. Perfect for a couple or two couples or a family

Elevated Sanctuary!

This rental far exceeded our expectations! The decor and amenities are top notch and are only surpassed by the stunning views of Historic Folsom and its ultra-convenient location on Sutter street! Whether for business or pleasure this location is a perfect fit! Doug is a model host and we look forward to our next stay!
