Vår fantastiska fritidshus är inredd till en hög standard med många extrafunktioner som gör din semester minnesvärd. Med allt från kabel-tv och ett spelrum för att gratis trådlöst internet. Uteservering är också ett alternativ på din egen privata pooldäcket.

Våra rymliga hem har fem sovrum består av en kung sovrum med eget badrum, en drottning sovrum, igen med eget badrum, en våningssäng sovrum för barnen, ett tvåbäddsrum, och ytterligare kung sovrum. Samt två eget badrum, det finns också en familj badrum och en bottenvåning WC.

I vardagsrummet har tillgång till pooldäcket via skjutbara altandörrar och inkluderar en Blueray-spelare och en stor flatpanel TV för en skönare njutning. Vår villa har också ett fullt utrustat kök som leder till en elegant matsal med utsikt över poolen. En återbetalningsbar deposition på $ 200 krävs 2 veckor före ankomst och kommer att faktureras separat av ägaren. Poolvärme är en extra kostnad på $ 25 per dag. BBQ kan hyras för ungefär $ 50 per vecka.

Pool very clean good location game room in garage nicely done and appreciated accommodated our family very well. Thank you Dryer was a big problem drying very slowly multiple cycles needed to dry towels

Super nice home!

We stayed here the last week in February 2025 while we visited Universal Studios. The home is lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The Pool/Hot Tub was enjoyed by all. We purchased the Pool heat from the host which worked out really well. We also rented a Grill from the "Book Disney Homes" which was 140 for the week. Very pricey for the small grill they supply which I sure was purchased for less that 300. I 'm thinking I should go into the "Rent A Grill" business. The profit margins look real good ;).The host Jayne was great, very responsive to any questions we had keeps a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next trip to Orlando.

Fantastic house in a Great Location!

Our stay was a clean and comfortable one. We had a total of 9 people with beds to spare! Beautiful home with all the furnishings you could need. Super clean! Everyone had plenty of space for peace and the teens enjoyed the game room during down time from the parks. Which speaking of, was quite close! Quick drives to Disney Parks was great! Check in to the house was easy and the gate attendants were super friendly. Almost wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities this property had to offer! Would definitely recommend!

Disney Family Christmas

Great location, clean, quiet, and perfect for our family of 4 adults, 2 teens, and a 9 year old. Check in was seamless, and entry/exit easy. Plenty of utensils and tableware and everything operated as expected. The owner was an excellent host offering great advice and helpful suggestions.Will definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay close to Disney World!

This rental is close to everything you will need and just an 18 minute drive from Disney's Magic kingdom! It has an amazing pool and is very spacious. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very helpful.

Florida Paradise Getaway

Everything about this booking was wonderful, from the online booking (so easy), to the host (very accommodating) to the neighborhood, pool , location to the main strip (10 min). Excellent place to stay

The property is excellent. We were a family of 9 and had plenty of space. The villa provided everything we needed and is an excellent base for visiting Orlando. The kids loved the pool and the games are. Would definitely stay hear next time and would recommend to anybody visiting Orlando.

Exceptional villa in amazing location

We've had the most fantastic stay at this villa. Super easy and fast check in at the gate, and the villa was sparklingly clean and well appointed when we arrived. Location is excellent - a short drive to Disney and close to a number of supermarkets (eg Target) and variety of restaurants, etc. Could not be better located. Cannot fault anything and you can tell the owner and team set a high standard for the care, management and quality of the villa. Highly recommend, we can't wait to return.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for my family and in laws. Working with the owner was easy and she was very accommodating. I thought the price point was very reasonable and having the pool in the backyard was convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was very nice the only problem and it wasn’t a big problem, but it was a problem they did not have enough toilet paper,also they wanted for us to put the first load on the washer and did not have detergent so I had to go buy some to start the washer. But other than that everything was really nice. Thanks Ermelinda Sanchez

The villas was great and we loved our stay. It was the perfect location to everything and the heated pool was an added bonus. We would definitely return to this villa for future holidays to Orlando. Jayne was a fantastic host!

Nice villa in quiet safe gated community, close to everything.

The villa is handy to everything, but in a nice quiet area. 5 minutes to Walmart and US192, and about 10 minutes to Disney parking booths! It is easy to get to the I4 to head off to other attractions, although this road is often backed up. Jayne was marvelous before our trip, answering questions, giving directions to places and the villa is very well stocked with utensils, towels and the like. We were essentially 3 couples who could all retreat to our own private places if required. The villa perhaps needs a freshen up, but I think plans are in place for this. Did I mention the lovely pool and professionally levelled pool table - both are wonderful!
