Pool caused rashes on 3 people in our family. Had to pay extra for heat to the heat for the hot tub then it only worked for 2 of the 5 days. The beds were uncomfortable and plastic sounding.

We stayed for 6 days and had a great time. I will say that some areas in the home could use retouching/ replacing. For instance, the shower in the master bathroom on the first floor looked like it could have been scrubbed more and the dish holder needs to be replaced as you can see that it was dirty. Also, we don’t have much access to the TV as the service was out and the upstairs bathroom water was cold. However, Hannah was amazing in her quick responses. Anytime we had questions or issues, she attempted to handle it with most problems solved. We utilized one of the downstairs bathroom which the group upstairs preferred. Finally, the area was great; everything was easily accessible and pretty easy to get to. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would consider returning! Thanks again Hannah!

The people at the gate were kind and welcoming. The house was clean and appeared as listed. We had noticed wasp nests under the table outside and above the door. Daughter is highly allergic so I messaged them. Someone came early to take care of it. The pool is nice while the gameroom was the big hit. Televisions in the bedrooms are very small. I didn't know they made them this small. In the primary bedroom it is so high, you can barely see the characters. Communication is the negative at this location. We arrived and checked in on a Sunday. On Monday evening, there was no internet. This meant our 3 guests that were taking college classes couldn't do their work. It also meant the televisions wouldn't run either. I immediately messaged as we couldn't locate the modem. Hannah NEVER responded!!! We were there all week. Maybe it wasn't important to her, but it was needed. The house listing on VRBO states 11:00 am checkout. But, on site, they have it everywhere that checkout is at 10:00. Rather deceptive as we planned our flights based on this information.

Beautiful house & resort

My family had such a great time here! They had a blast in the pool and down at the club house. Hannah was so wonderful, any questions we had she responded to quickly. It’s a beautiful community and close to everything! I can’t say enough on this home! Everything we needed, we had. We will be back

Great place to stay!

The property was clean and as advertised other than the fact there is no shuttle from the resort. Just need to update that note on the ad if it has not been removed yet

Best in town

Our VRBO rental was prefect. The house was clean and ready and our host responded promptly to everything. It met every description in the app and we had no issues. The house was spacious and was less expensive than the park on property hotels. It saved us plenty.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our family Disney vacation. This property is very nice, easy to access, and close to all the parks. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The multiple king beds were great for all the adults in our party and there were plenty of other beds for all the kids. Since the pool isn’t consistently heated, we did not notice a discernible difference in temperature when we turned it on; this did not impact our overall stay and enjoyment of the property but wanted to note. Highly recommend this property for families.

Perfect location

Family Vacation

The house and resort were a bit dated. There was a big rip in the carpet, coffee pot didn't work, had to replace batteries in the thermostat, and all kids games were missing a ton of pieces. We did really enjoy the bathroom off the pool, the TVs in each room, the abundance of towels, and communication was great with the host. The pool noodles were great for the kids, as well as the stroller and potty chairs for my toddler.Overall it was a good experience.

Convenient and beautiful

The rental property was very nice and fit the needs of my family of 15. Convenient for shopping and travel to all the Disney parks. I do caution those visiting during winter about paying for the heating of the pool they heat the pool only during the day 9a to 6p which did my family no good as we where at Disney parks everyday from 8am till 8 pm so the pool was chilly for the anticipation of a swim for wind down time .
Svar från VrboOwner 21 mars 2020
The pool is heated by the heat pump. Heat pump absorbs the heat from air. So the heat pump works more efficient during the day time. During the winter time at night, it can heat up hot tub in 20 minutes, but it might longer to heat up the whole swimming pool.

Great house for Disney and 2 families

Very convenient to Disney. House was great and property manager was very responsive and answers any questions right away! Uber was quick and easy to use back and forth to places and Disney parks. Would typically wait no more than 10 mins. House came with strollers which was convenient to use at parks. Resort pool was nice. Playground right next to it along with all of the sports activities and arcade. Would highly recommend this place!

Nice size house, in nice location but neglected and misdescribed

House is missing things from the description, has dated and worn items and furniture and is definitely not equiped for the no of people advertized.
