Bring the entire family to this large 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home. The location is amazing just a short walk or drive to Veterans' Memorial Beach, Kalmus Beach and Keyes Beach.
This house comes with a town beach pass so you can enjoy all the beaches and lakes in the town of Barnstable.
The front porch is amazing, enjoy your morning coffee, while relaxing on the porch swing, this will truly be one of your favorite spots morning and night!
As you walk in the front door you will notice the large living room area with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV to enjoy all your favorite shows. Beyond the living room is another sitting area with white wicker furniture, this room is bright and sunny. There's plenty of rooms in this house for everyone.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you need, there's a dining area in the kitchen. A half bath is located on the main floor too.
Head up the stairs to the bedrooms, there are 3 bedrooms on this level. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and a primary bath with a large shower. All decorated in light sea foam coastal colors.
The next bedroom has a nautical theme, with 2 twin beds and plenty of room. Across from this bedroom is the second full size bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The last bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and a flat screen TV also decorated in coastal colors.
Down the hall is the third floor, here you will find 2 more bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 2 twin size beds and one has a flat screen TV. Each bedroom has window air conditioners, along with the living room. All the bedrooms in this house are spacious.
The back of the house is private with a enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
Off the kitchen, there's a deck with bench seating and a table with an umbrella. What a great place to enjoy hamburgers and hotdogs that you cooked on the gas grill. There's a fire pit in the backyard, toast marshmallows and tell stories by the fire. If your looking for some fun, how about a game of ping pong, there's a ping pong table located in the garage!
Location, Location, Location is what they say and this house does not disappoint! The Ocean Street docks are just 0.9 miles from the house, you can catch a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, check out the Art Shacks, or enjoy delicious seafood from the many restaurants on the harbor. Main Street Hyannis is just up the street, where there's shopping, the JFK museum, live music and more restaurants.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
