‱ The driveway is quite steep, although there is level access to the home from the garage.  Guests arrive via an easy wooden staircase.

‱ If you choose NOT to use the internal elevator there is a multi-level staircase, and there is no elevator access to the Master Bedroom.

‱ The return home from Clontarf Beach is a very pleasant 10 min walk, although it is uphill

‱ There are no ‘grounds’ in the property – decorative landscaped gardens only NO lawns or play area.

‱ Wooden floors are easy maintenance but no high heels or hard shoes, please!

‱ Small pets are permitted with prior approval, but any damage is to be repaired at the renter’s cost.

‱ There is an external security camera at the door for guests safety and peace of mind

Views to die for

Loved our stay in Clontarf. Terrific house with spacious living area and luxury bedrooms all with views across to Spit Bridge. Good selection of coffee spots within 10 mins walk.
