Nice home close to Riverwalk!

I loved the pool area looking out onto the pond. The wildlife was nice to watch each day! Nice development for walking. Not close to the Beach, so plan on about 30 min ride without traffic.

Peaceful!

This home is in a very quite and nice neighborhood. It's very clean and homey. Vacasa are wonderful host making you feel at home. We would definitely recommend a Vacasa rental to anyone that needs a place to stay. Looking forward to our next stay!! Thank you for giving us a home away from home!!!

Great stay

House was perfect and as advertised. Communication with host was easy. We had a couple of simple questions that were answered immediately. House was clean, pool immaculate. Plenty of kitchen amenities...pots, pans, utensils, plates, coffee mugs, coffee maker, etc. Would definitely rent this home again!

Nice little place

Second time staying at the property. Vacasa is a neat little company. The property owner however needs to do a little TLC to the property. Nothing major. All the things that go along with short term rentals. Location is close to the highways. 30 min drive from the beaches.

Great Value

Everything was just as listed and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet with amenities close by. Overall, the interior property was clean and comfortable. We did have to put some time into cleaning the pool and hosing down the deck prior to use and throughout the week. The pool with heat was the perfect temperature. Overall great value.

Weekend with some old friends

Was fine for are stay beds could use matress upgrade. Cable wasn't working in living room. But we were gone most of the time at the race track. So never called to get it fixed .

Fine for the price

I mean, it was a little getaway for us while attending a wedding so we really didn’t NEED much but you really don’t get anything other than the bare necessities which was a little disappointing but again, it was cheap. The master bed wasn’t that comfortable and there are definitely critters living in the attic or air vents in the ceiling and they were so noisy at night.

Family Vacation

House was very clean and served our needs to visit family and the beach. Only complaints were the towels were small and not very absorbent. We had to buy wash clothes as none were there. No beach towels as stated in listing. Kitchen had bare minimum items. No pot holders so had to use a towel to pull items out of the oven. The dryer broke, but Vacasa was super easy to work with and had it up and running within 24 hours.

review of bradenton property

Overall I would rate the unit 3 stars. The bad, the bed in master bedroom had a horrible sag in the middle and was very lumpy. The shower in the MB had a very weak water flow and had some spots in the lower corners that were either dirt or mold. we used the other shower which was much better. The door lock was hard to operate but useable. Pool was warm but could have been cleaner, had either algae or a stain on the bottom. Overall the unit was mostly clean but dated.

Not thrilled!

The location was very residential and we had to drive everywhere. Traffic was awful if we wanted to go to the beach. The house was spacious but the rugs were filthy and many blinds didn’t work properly. We couldn’t figure out how to use the Master bedroom TV. The kitchen was moderately equipped. The pans were very old. There were used towels left behind bedroom doors and used tissue on the floor behind one of the beds.

home rental

Overall the place was nice and overall clean, first we were not on vacation but there for a much sadder reason, there was a dead gecko in the dining area, i would not remove. Then there was what appeared to be black mold by a vent leading from the master bedroom to the master bath, having allergies and being on oxygen I think that was why every morning I was short of breath. They told me we would get a credit for that have never seen it. We also had to leave 2 days early because of the hurricane coming in and of course never got any refund.

Disappointed

I called ahead of time and was told no damage from hurricane. Not true. screen cover was gone. Very difficult using the key pad, too many numbers. When I called verbo was told they could not help. Vacasa finally fixed it.TV was not user friendly too many options. Again, after a it was changed so could it was a lot simpler.Yard was a mess; we look looked a big stump that needed to be removed.Toilet seat was unacceptable, which was replaced. We had stayed here 2 years ago and complained about the refrigerator not working right---still not repaired.Slider to patio was very hard to open and needs to be placed.Overall, the place is looking tired and needs to be updated. On the plus side, great location.

Spacious and convenient

Overall, the property was ideal with a few maintenance issues. The blinds in the main bedroom were torn and scotch taped together, and the handle in the main bathroom shower was broken. I was able to get through to management easily but because of the Christmas holiday it couldn’t be fixed until the 26th. This was understandable. The kitchen was large and easy to work in.

Schlechte Kommunikation

Aufgrund des Hurricanes und der Zerstörung unseres ursprünglichen Objektes mussten wir spontan neu Buchen. Unserer Auswahl fiel auf dieses Haus. Wir Buchten kurz nach dem Hurrikan und fragten gleich an ob mit dem Haus alles in Ordnung sei und wir zum gebuchten Termin das Objekt beziehen könnten. Es folgte keinerlei Rückmeldung. Völlig verunsichert, buchten wir am Tag vor dem hier gebuchten Objekt Bezug panisch ein anderes um nicht ohne bleibe da zu stehen. Erst am Tag der Anreise bekamen wir die Info das alles ok sei. Da wir inzwischen eine neue Buchung hatten versuchten wir dieses zu stornieren. Bis heute überhaupt keine Rückmeldung! Die Kommunikation mit Fe-wo absolut nicht zu empfehlenswert. Wir sind enttäuscht und entsetzt über dieses Vorgehen, werden weder diese Homepage wieder verwenden noch weiterempfehlen. Rechtliche Schritte werden eingeleitet um die berechneten (von uns nicht genutzte) Miete/Endreinigung zu prüfen.

Great house!

House was as listed. Enjoyed the pool every morning and evening while we explored the area during the day! It would’ve been better if the propane tank had propane so we could use the grill and if there were more supplies in general. For instance coffee, more than one garbage bag, ore than few each of dishwasher and laundry soap, and a cookie sheet. It having ample supplies made me feel like Vacasa was being cheap. And that is not a bad review, just A few suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Bradenton Baseball Vacay

Hit water at kitchen sink needs to be fixed. Could only get lukewarm water for kitchen clean up. Tried to open the hot water valve under sink but didn’t seem to help. Missing a cookie sheet for ease in the kitchen. Missing scissors as well. Fry pans might need an update. These are just suggestions not complaints (except for hot water) Overall a very pleasant stay and would return!
