Beläget i Mountain Village Core bara några steg till Gondola och Lift 4 och tvärs över gatan från Peaks-hotellet - en av de bästa platserna i Telluride! Skidor direkt ut genom din bakdörr! Det finns fantastisk utsikt västerut med över 79 fönster! Enorma mezzanin / friluftsloft, fantastisk belysning och modern finish. Denna enhet kan hyras i anslutning till enhet 5 och ansluts via en innerdörr (för totalt 4 bdrms plus loft / 7 bäddar, lista nummer 973040). Det är perfekt beläget nära restauranger och skidskola. Två sovrum plus ett loft, denna stativ längs lägenhet (inga delade väggar) har ytor inte typiskt för en hyra!

Dessa lägenheter är totalt 2 våningar, inklusive 2 sovrum och har varit utsökt ombyggda med en topp av linjen kök-exotiska bänkskivor i marmor, kylskåp noll och vägg till vägg med utsikt över bergen. Stål accenter ger en övergripande modern känsla. Inkluderar välvda tak, gas spis och ett däck. Zonerad uppvärmning i hela. Alla nya sängkläder och nyare, bekväma sängar. De två mästarna har båda stora, uppdaterade badrum med eget badrum. 1: a mästaren har en ny high end king size madrass, bubbelbadkar och stora fönster. Den 2: a befälhavaren har 2 sängar i full storlek och bubbelbadkar. Loftet har utsikt över vardagsrummet och har en dubbelsäng. Inkluderar en uppvärmd, täckt parkeringsplats och tvättmaskin / torktumlare.
Enheten är bekvämt belägen med skidåtkomst ut genom din bakdörr ner till topparna för att lyfta 10/1. Det ligger intill den kända restaurangen "Village Table", tvärs över gatan från topparna. Telluride sport ligger tvärs över gatan och Boot Doctors är i byggnaden bredvid. Detta är en lugn enhet ändå mitt i allt! Du behöver inte en bil på denna lägenhet !! Du är ett par minuters promenad till många restauranger, 2 spa och skidskola.
Om du aldrig har varit i Telluride är staden Telluride och Mountain Village ansluten till en gondol som går fram till midnatt och senare för festivaler. Mountain Village är värd för många restauranger, hotellen Peaks och Madeline, och huvudlyften, lyft 4 där skidskolan möts och du släpper dina barn på morgonen. Den här enheten har inte en badtunna, men den har två stora bubbelbadkar. Det är också gångavstånd till restaurangen The View där du kan njuta av deras bifogade badtunna medan du njuter av cocktails. Peaks Hotel erbjuder också dagspass för spa och pool för köp om du så önskar och är tvärs över gatan från denna enhet. Om du stannar i staden Telluride tar du vanligtvis gondolen till hissen 4 för att starta din skiddag. Perfect Telluride Get-Away

Stylish vacation property with good amenities and a fantastic location. Easy walk to the free goldolas with lots of activity close at hand in the public common areas, but out of the way enough to be quiet even when events or live music are close by. Fully stocked kitchen and gas stove was great for in-home meals. Comfortable beds and quick response from Maintenance for a minor appliance issue. Very pleased.

Great Stay in Telluride

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort property in Telluride. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the lifts and the gondola into town. The unit was well-appointed and comfortable, making it a great home base for our trip. Everything was easy to access, and the stay was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Place! Well Furnished!

Great location in Mt Village. The condo is modern and well furnished. My only complaint is the lack of ski lockers, especially given the condo is on the third floor. Outdoor pegs available on the second floor for skis and boards though.

Great location with lots of space!

We just stayed in this unit and were so happy with it that we booked another stay there next year. There was plenty of room for 6 people. The bedding was comfortable and the bathrooms were large. Great location where everything in Mountain Village was easily accessible. Wish there were fewer stairs (especially at altitude) but what can you do. One of the toilets had troubles flushing but we let the local management company know so hopefully they'll have that checked out. Overall great experience and very good communication with the homeowner. Thanks, Leighann!

Great spot in Mountain Village

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our winter trip in the condo. Details below: Pros: Prime location in MV, well equipped kitchen (we cook a lot), easy to use fireplace, multiple tubs. Cons: Dust everywhere, serious buildup on bedroom ceiling fan, baseboards, even shelves in bathroom mirror-cabinets, shower heads need to be replaced, pillows need to be replaced, TV system confusing (too many options). So much disorganized leftover pantry food in multiples (no space for our own canned goods), top ring of washing machine needs grime cleaned off. Too many decorative pillows and table decor that make condo feel cluttered when needing (counter/open room) space for all our winter gear and comforts. Fragranced trash bags were too smelly for our preference. The place is definitely used often and it shows a bit. The place is solid but could use some tic and then we would stay again.

Great Location

We had a great family vacation in Mountain Village. The location of the condo was great. Super easy to get to the slopes and to the gondola and shops and restaurants in Mountain Village. The beds and rooms were nice for our family of six. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Wonderful location!

We had a lovely week long stay here and enjoyed the super fantastic location and access to the gondola to head over to telluride or moubtain top. We stayed at the end of the season in September and the leaves were absolutely stunning. The home is as the pictures show and the stairs weren’t a big deal unless you were coming back from grocery shopping or something that requires 4 or 5 trips to the car. It was also great to have an indoor garage to put the car in. Great stay!

Clean, well decorated, great location

The owner and property manager did a great job with this property. Bedding and towels were great. Everyone was comfortable. My young adult kids loved the large T.V.’s. If you are planning on renting here, do it! Please know that because the location is in the middle of Mountain Village, the outside noise may wake you. My only advise to the owner is to have better hangers.

Family vaca

The owners were wonderful to work with! Open communication. The condo is a great location to Mountain village core and the gondola. The garage was an extra perk! Plenty of room for the family! We will be back!

Amazing views!

Amazing views! We loved the property but there were a few issues including the cable not working fully and it never got resolved. The property is on the top floor with no elevator. There was construction going on in the unit below us which prevented any nap taking during the day. The unit does show an office area in the pictures but there was not one. The location of the unit is great - centrally located in Mountain Village.

Great location and lots of room

We are a family of 5 and found this to be the right amount of space for us. The only thing you should consider are the 2 flight of stairs to get to the unit- there’s not an elevator. This is in the description but harder than I thought it would be for 2 Middle Aged adults but the kids ages 7-14 didn’t complain! Ski in/out was pretty easy to do by walking across street to the peaks hotel. Overall it was very conveniently located to ski, restaurants and nicely equipped. Would recommend

Perfect condo to enjoy fall in Telluride

Great location in Mountain Village. Condo is well appointed and has plenty of room for two couples. While the deck is a bit small, it was a lovely place to enjoy the warm autumn sunshine in the afternoons.

This place was perfect for us.

Property was very nice. Very close to Mountain Village Center. I don't believe you can stay any closer to the Gondola to Telluride than this. The two bedrooms and loft were plenty for the 5 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Bed in Loft was HUGE! Didn't really have any issues with anything while we were there (Coffee Maker would not work the first 2 or 3 times we tried it and then all of a sudden it started working, I think it just needed water to get pumped into it). We brought ground coffee and coffee maker is only for K-Cups so we had to go buy some of these) TV downstairs was pretty easy to figure out but didn't seem to get many channels. Looks like the TV in the master bedroom had Netflix and a few other streaming channels and I think the TV in the Master Bathroom had Amazon Fire TV but we didn't use either of these TVs. Kitchen and appliances all worked perfectly. Common area was sufficient for the 5 of us but it is a little smaller than it looks like in the picture. Liked having a garage to park the car in. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying at this location. Would stay here again if I go back to Telluride.

Great place with comfortable beds

We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was the TV was hard to operate, directions are outdated. Also, 2 sets of steep stairs was difficult for loading and unloading our things and for the kids in ski gear. Otherwise, a wonderful place close to all the action in mountain village!!

Extremely Disappointed

This unit leaves so much to be desired that we considering finding a new place to stay. As is always the case, the pictures make things look bigger. As a consequence, the fact that the "loft" is a wide-open space overfilled with furniture that may as well be IN the main living area is not obvious. The "loft" is a door-less landing that provides no privacy. It should not be referenced in any manner in the ad for the unit. All of the furniture is uncomfortable and even dangerous. When a wooden stool is more comfortable than any of the padded seats available, you know you have a problem. The small couch pictured to the left of the "fireplace" has a broken center leg - so if collapses when you sit on it and the floor underneath has been repeatedly gouged by that leg as a consequence. The sharp edges of the coffee table are just as sharp as they appear. The deck that you can see in the picture is so small as to not really be usable - and access to it is blocked by furniture. The whole unit seems to have had excess furniture tossed into it. While hot water is usually a plus, scalding hot water without without warning is problematic. Security is also a concern - the door between this unit and the lower unit was not locked and you can't leave many of the windows open as they are readily accessible from outside. And the front door has an odd lock that is easily left unlocked. The pilot light appeared to be out on the stove - creating the potential for someone to leave the gas on or light themselves on fire. The unit felt like the owners had never taken the time to experience it - to realize that light switches should turn on lights (not fans), that seating should be comfortable, and that heavy lumps at the foot of a bed are trip hazards and not furniture. Honestly, this makes me fearful of every trusting this sort of website to find a property ever again.

We chose this property after coming to Telluride for 8years. Telluride is a wonderful mix of charm and class, with some of the best hospitality in the world. We stayed at many rentals, some loud, some with shared walls or halls. One that smelled only of the pizza place next door! We wanted a place with little to no drive by traffic yet close to everything and with direct ski access. It took awhile to find, but we love our home!
