This cozy 2 bedroom 31st floor condo with gorgeous ocean and Diamond Head
views is only 2 blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. This condo
comes with a fully furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator,
stove-range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies
you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This
kitchen has a large kitchen island with chairs for a great dining experience
while you stay with us! The lanai also has a table and chairs for you to sit
and enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean!
Both bedrooms have great views. One has a king bed with a TV in the room, and
the other has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a door with a lock for
privacy. There is also a Sofa Sleeper in the living room. The unit has a full
bathroom with a shower/bath combo and a detachable shower head.
This condo comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable in both rooms, and
DVR in the living room. There is central A/C. Amenities include coin operated
washer and dryer on each floor, heated swimming pool, BBQ area, a mini-mart,

Condo suites at the Waikiki Sunset have central AC and offer greater privacy
than neighboring condos as they are configured with private locking doors to
each bedroom instead of the sliding panel door system which is very common.
Another privacy feature at the Waikiki Sunset is that the bathrooms are
located on a hallway and do not require passing through the bedroom to access.
The upscale lobby will welcome you to one of Waikiki's most popular condo
resorts. The recreation deck on the 6th floor is equipped with a swimming
pool, tennis court, gas barbeque grills, picnic tables, sauna, lounge chairs,
and mini restaurant. 24 hour security is there to help you rest easy.

for one vehicle, FREE WiFi internet. In addition, all suites managed by Koko
Resorts include a full size kitchen which will save you money and help you eat
more healthy by not eating out for every meal.
Please note the actual bedding configuration prior to booking to ensure the
proper bedding for your stay. Maximum occupancy or the number indicted that a
suite sleeps may not always be the same as the number of guests that a suite
can sleep in a traditional bed. Portable (folding) cribs and high quality
inflatable mattresses are available for rent at $10 per night upon advanced
request. For your convenience, Koko Resorts provides laundry detergent under
the bathroom sink and coin operated laundry machines are available on every
floor. Upon 24 hours or more advance notice, in-unit towel exchanges are
available at $15 per exchange and tidy clean maid service is available at $35
