Grayton Beach was so relaxing!

Loved the house and our stay at Grayton Beach!! A lot more mellow than other areas of 30A and it was just what we needed!

Spring getaway.

This property was amazing. We were able to bike everywhere including small shops, restaurants, and the beach. Spacious rooms and everyone had their own bathroom. It was also great that bikes were included so we didn't have to deal with that. Highly recommend this property to any family heading to the Gulf Coast.

Amazing stay

Beautiful place in a great location

Property was beautiful. Located about a mile from the beach with a free shuttle just outside the neighborhood is available. Lots of hiking/biking trails near the property.

Beach Trip

The house and neighborhood were both very welcoming, we really enjoyed the pool. The location of the house was pretty far from the beach but in great proximity to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Grayton Beach Perfection

The location of this house is perfect in Grayton Beach - 2 blocks from the beach shuttle. 2 blocks from the best place to eat breakfast / lunch (the Black Bear Bread Co). also 1 mile from the Grayton Beach State Park. no need to rent bikes - there are 4 bikes at the house. next time we go to this area, we will rent this house again

Beautiful place!

Grayt Paradise was a beautiful home and neighborhood. Even though homes were still being built it still was a warm and quaint place. The home was extremely clean and gorgeously decorated. The decor and the cleanliness made the stay memorable. Loved the restaurants nearby! The beach was extremely close and was a great location. My families overall experience was a 10. Made great memories in the home and look forward in staying there again!

Beautiful property! Loved the house and the decor. Best part was the bikes and the closeness of the pool and beach. Only downfall was we had no hot water the entire stay. 2 different technicians came and a part would have to be ordered. Waiting to be compensated. 😞😞

Good location

Very close to a free shuttle to the beach and nice shops and places to eat! You can walk to most places and the pool was super close and very nice! That being said, they only allow two cars in the driveway. There is no parking on the street so if you have more than two cars you have to park them somewhere else. The shuttle area is where was recommended and the drivers advised not to park there more than a day or two or they would tow your car. Some of the dishes and knives in the knife block were dirty and we had to clean everything before we used it. Over all it was a great home and we had a great time.

Excellent value

The check in process was easy and the house was exactly as described. It's just a short bike ride to an exceptionally beautiful beach. The neighboring homes are a little close for my taste, and the outdoor area to wash off the sand is a bit small and rudimentary, but these are very minor considerations for me. Also of note, there are no smart TV's in the house, but they are all connected to a cable service. The home was clean and beautiful, and the large bathrooms were especially nice. Overall a great home and location.

Pretty

House was really nice and bright. Since it is new, and not very many houses are occupied, it was like the community pool was private. We had a good time the only drawback was the house behind us and on the side was under construction. 6 am every morning all you heard was hammering, talking etc.....You could see the workers behind us on scaffolding in the windows.

Grayt Place

The house was awesome. It actually seems much bigger then the listed Sq. Footage. It was really nice to have bicycles there to use. Also, the outdoor shower was heated...how awesome is that?!? There was enough parking for our 2 vehicles as well as 2 6 seater golf carts. Golf Carts are an awesome thing to do with the location. With parking and everything. Golf Carts are the way to go. There is a place that is about 1/4 mile don the road too. We will be back !!!!

Contacted property maintenance regarding non working remote for the upstairs bedroom. They were going to contact property manager. Property manager never followed up with me. I tried new batteries, didn’t work. Also, would have been very convenient if beach chairs came with the property as well. Overall very nice property.

Nice house. Broken ice maker

The house itself is nice and close to the beaches and restaurants. The ice maker did not work the whole weekend. We called the property management company RealJoy and asked them to have it fixed on Friday evening. They said they would send someone out but no one ever came and it was still broken when we left on Monday.

Family Beach Trip

We loved staying at this property. The house was clean, had plenty of restrooms and the beds were comfortable. We would have liked to see some staple items in the kitchen, a few extra trash bags and maybe some beach chairs or toys.

Perfect little gem. By default we landed in Grayton as opposed to Seaside, and I’m so glad we did. So much to do in the immediate area, great restaurants. The home is pretty and on a great street. There was construction going on, but it wasn’t much of an impact. The home came with four bikes, we were able to ride around & explore. Definitely planning on returning!

Awesome Spring Break!

It was perfect. Loved the house, so so nice. Close to everything. We rented a golf cart and it was so fun going to all the different 30A places on the golf cart. The community pool is nice too. It was a wonderful stay. You do have to drive to the beach, but the public beach is very close and was perfect! We will be back!

Easy rental

We were pleased with the property, cleanliness and engagement with the management company. We had a couple of issues with the bikes which were promptly resolved after reaching out to the management company. We would definitely rent this property again.
