We think all guests will absolutely love staying at this property, and we recently just finished a full renovation of the home!

Until August 2023, the property includes 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a patio with a barbecue with a beautiful view of the city, a full kitchen, a dining table, spacious family and living rooms, and more!

Beginning August 2023 and beyond, the basement unit will be separated from the main house and reserved for use by the family.

This means starting in August 2023 and beyond, the property will come with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, across the main and the upper level, with the basement suite being unavailable for use.

In addition, many amenities are located extremely close to the property, from a movie theatre, to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and more!

The property is also located approximately 10-12 minute drive to the airport, and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Calgary.

Easy access is also available to major highways to go to Banff and the Rockies, being located approximately ~1-1.5hrs away.

Parking is available on the driveway and the street, but not garage.

Easter Weekend

Thanks for a great stay. The house was very well equipped four our large group of 8 and the beds were comfortable. We loved the open space and appreciated the wifi and smart tv. There was no pepper or sugar which would be nice to have for future stays. The view was wonderful and though it’s close to the airport, you couldn’t hear the planes. You could see them landing which was nice. Thank you!

Beginning August 2023 and beyond, the basement unit will be separated from the main house and reserved for use by the family.

This means starting in August 2023 and beyond, the property will come with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, across the main and the upper level, with the basement suite being unavailable for use.

The property also contains spacious living rooms and family rooms, a patio with a barbecue and a view of the city, and a backyard, perfect for families and other large groups!

Free parking is available on the driveway and on the street, but the garage is unavailable for use.

In addition, the house is located very close to many amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, a recreation centre, with all being a short 2-5 minute drive away from the property!

In addition, we are also only 10-12 minutes away from the airport, and very close to all the major attractions in Calgary!

If your looking forwards to a trip to Banff, from this property it will be about a ~1 hour drive, with easy access to Stoney Trail.
