This lovely three-level home is all about comfort, luxury and easy living. The ground floor features a cozy lounge with a big-screen TV, plus a secure garage with free parking and a handy laundry area.

Up on the second floor, you’ll find the heart of the home — the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together beautifully. There’s even a private patio to chill out, and another big-screen TV for movie nights. Bedroom 3 is here too, with a comfy queen bed and its own en-suite.

The top floor is all about relaxation. The master bedroom has stunning ocean views, a walk-in wardrobe, a spacious en-suite, and (yep!) another big-screen TV. Bedroom 2 is just down the hall, also with a queen bed and a private en-suite. Ocean View Retreat is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Ōrewa and the Hibiscus Coast have to offer. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, where lifeguards patrol in summer and the surf club is active, this location is ideal for families, couples, or solo travellers.

You'll find supermarkets, playgrounds, and a wide selection of cafés and restaurants nearby, plus unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and a portable cot available on request ensure family and work needs are met.

Fabulous venue

The place was fabulous. Modern, yet homely and felt like a lot of car was taken to make guests feel at home. Great amenities and modern fixtures. Loved that we could each have our own bathroom. We loved staying here, the host was available and friendly.

The Ocean View Retreat was exactly that. Perfectly located near beach, restaurants and nature hikes. Wonderfully appointed and stocked. Comfortable beds. Powerful showers. Multiple gathering spots in the home. Great deck with ocean views for morning coffee and evening appetizers. Sarah's communication was prompt, helpful and welcoming. Very pleased.

We are local to the Hibiscus Coast and enjoy helping visitors to our area secure somewhere comfortable and welcoming to stay. We believe you will really like our townhouse - its in a great location, it's near new, always super clean and our guests always rave about their stay.

Orewa Beach, located approximately 40 kilometres north of central Auckland, is a 3-kilometre stretch of golden sand along the Hibiscus Coast. Its gentle waves make it ideal for swimming, surfing, and leisurely walks. The nearby town centre offers various amenities for visitors including an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants and shopping.

The 3 bedrooms each with their own en-suite is a big plus for many of our guests. The location is also popular as it's only a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Orewa Beach. The views of the ocean from the master bedroom are a nice touch too.
