Ground Level: On the ground level, you will find the carport and parking area that accommodates up to 4 vehicles, a laundry room, an outside shower, a spacious yard, and a hammock to relax in. There is water access for water sports enthusiasts as well as a deep-water boat slip for your use.

Single Level: As you enter the home from the covered front porch, you are greeted by the bright and open-concept living area. The living area is furnished with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a small desk. The chef in the party will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meal or the day's fresh catch. The entire family can gather together after a day in the sun around the dining table that seats 8. Watch the sunset off the covered porch or enjoy the sun deck overlooking the canal. Bedrooms #1 and #2 are each furnished with a Queen bed and share access to a spacious full bathroom. Bedroom #3 is furnished with one Twin Bunk and a Smart TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Queen bed and a Smart TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share access to the second full bathroom located off the hallway.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
