Positioned in a quiet cul de sac in an elevated position that takes in full views of the valley, Geneve is a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home surrounded by beautifully established gardens. This home is a sanctuary for families and friends to getaway and spend time together.

Geneve is designed for people to relax and enjoy the space and its surrounds with spectacular views, grapevines, wisteria and an abundance of bird life all around. This home brings families and friends together.

A massive covered deck spans the full length of the home with direct access from the master bedroom, either side of the house, the living room and from the gardens and studio below.
Geneve combines its original heritage style with a lovely Alpine update emphasised by the high pitched ceilings, multiple fireplaces & rustic décor. The living space & kitchen are all open plan & create a lovely warm, social, family atmosphere.

On entry to the home the master king bedroom steels the show with gorgeous views, its own ensuite, trendy Alpine vibes and direct access to the deck. The second room is fitted with 2 bunk beds suitable for children, a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a downstairs studio is the 4th, an added bonus with its own bathroom, living space with TV & direct access to the gorgeous gardens.

One of the hardest decisions to make in the this home may just be which fire place to laze around in winter with one each in the living and dining room & a 3rd outside on the deck and let's not forget the fire pit downstairs in the garden.

Old Alpine charm but with all the modern comforts you need, special memories will be made at Geneve.

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.
