Come stay in this brand-new legal basement suite complete with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom in Montrose.
Can control your own heat how you like it.
The suite has its own separate entrance, with a door code so you can come and go as you please. There is a nice open kitchen/living room area where you can cook a meal, relax and watch Netflix TV.
The property backs directly onto a beautiful park which is great for relaxing in the evenings. Perfect for long stays or a quick trip.
The space
This clean walk-up basement is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Montrose, Edmonton. The apartment sleeps 2 and is perfect for couples looking for an affordable place to stay.
It has its own separate entrance, do not need to go through the main door of the house. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby, super convenient location.

The apartment has 1 large bedroom with walk in closet. Comfortable queen beds and bedding is provided to ensure long restful nights. We provide towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and toothpaste.
ï¶ KITCHEN:
The fully-equipped kitchen everything youâll need to cook a quality meal. Youâll find a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We provide cooking basics as well as silverware, dishes, pots, and pans.
The dining area has a table seat 2. Relax together over a delicious meal, share favourite moments from the day, and plan tomorrowâs adventure.
ï¶ LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a comfortable sofa. Don't forget to make use of a 42 inches smart TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi .
