Ett kvarter till den bästa stranden, en kort promenad till Malecon för shopping, restauranger, färsk fisk och räkor. Bra läge för Baja 250, Baja 500, Räkorfestival, Carnival helg, Craft Beer Fest etc.
Bara på andra sidan av det lätta huset från Malecon bakom Kiki's Camp och Rubens Camp. Inga långa körningar till motorväg 5 (som kan ta 15 till 20 minuter till El Dorado Ranch, Pete's Camp etc.) 2 sovrum (1 drottning och 2 dubbelsängar) 1 badrum med toalett, handfat och dusch. Fullt kök, diskmaskin, kylskåp i full storlek, propan spis / ugn. Kök med full service, allt du behöver är här för att stanna hemma och laga mat i. Mycket stor uteplats med vattenfall. Uteplats är cirka 800 kvadratmeter för att underhålla med utsikt över havet och stora soluppgångar. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Heltid fastighetsförvaltare. Great retreat!

A charming, comfortable and spotless home with a wonderful front patio. The host and local manager were very accommodating and attentive. The beach was very convenient and perfect for morning and evening strolls with my pup, all of which made for a wonderful getaway.

San Felipe sunrise

Take a short walk to the beach or town after watching the sun rise from the Sea of Cortez from the patio while sipping your morning coffee. This property is not fancy but provides all you comfortably need for a short or longer term stay in the northern Baja.

Excellent stay

We couldn't get the TV to work to get cable in the evenings lol but...... The house was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in would definitely go back and recommend anyone to stay there. Loved our time in San Felipe and the home added to the trip

The place is great but the old access to the beach is not available and the closest access is about 3 blocks. Besides that all was great!!!! Been at this place 3 times already

Delicious year end holiday

I stayed at the property over the New Year with my 2 daughters and we had a very nice time in San Felipe. The house is very cozy and feels like a home which was one of the attributes we liked about it most. It is in a quiet side of town with a nice view of the sunrise. The check in process was very smooth and the house was in pristine condition. In summary, we loved staying here and would not doubt to recommend it vigorously to anyone considering staying here. We will definitely return.

Great vacation spot. Already planning return...

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and once again we had a great time. We can't wait to return next year. Our only suggestion is a new television and dvd player in the living room as the current ones tend to stop working in the middle of a movie.

Close to the beach

Nice quiet place, clean and well appointed. Far enough away from downtown that we weren’t bothered by any noise. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable vacation!

The home was pleasant and the property manager and her husband were very helpful. The home was a block away from the beach, however, in order to access the beach you have to pay. We paid 100 pesos per person per day. Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the home and plan on returning soon.

Marginal at best

Property was not fire safe meaning no access to safely getting out of there was a fire. It was not supplied well. It was not clean. Neighborhood was dicey. Dead dogs and garbage just everywhere down the street. Never going back to San Filipe. Overall nasty.

Relaxing gem

Clean, comfortable, and air conditioning worked great! Great patio for early morning coffee or evening margaritas. Host communicated well, and checkin was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive or bike ride to town. Small, locked storage room for bikes/ larger belongings with a washer/ dryer. I felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again!

First VRBO Experience

Contact with owner was great. We were lost, but she got us there. Our disappointment was our communication with the manager and the condition of the property. After checking the refrigerator and the coffee pot (both filthy) we had to thoroughly clean everything. We had to hunt to find the washer/dryer and figure out how to work them. We were told we had beach access, but all the near by beach area is controlled by beachfront properties who have will not allow through traffic to the beach. Again, the owner was easy and pleasant to work with, but the property needs attention. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay.

Close to beach and shops buy very quiet

This house is super awesome! The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the malecon but very quiet. The kitchen had everything you could need and the shower had great pressure. The only downside was that the windows don’t open so the house got a little stuffy and we couldn’t enjoy the sea air. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy peasy

We have stayed at this little house a handful of times now. You are A short walk away from the beach, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal, and there’s plenty of room for a relaxing time. The owner is very accommodating, and the property managers are great as well. Will definitely be back.

Didn’t want to come back!

Jana and Alicia were great! Both were very easy to speak with.. the home sits on a slope with a view of the sea to the east. It has a private courtyard that is equipped with patio furniture. The inside is comfy and has air conditioning throughout. The lay out consists of a full kitchen, shower, 2 bedrooms with 3 full sized beds and living room. The beach is a short walk away while the boardwalk is a 5 minute drive. All said, we had a great time here, the place is great, the price was great, and I would stay here again without hesitation…
