The Space:
These villas have a unique location, it is set in a housing complex called La Privada inside Aldea Zama's exclusive neighborhood (24/7 security). Its enviable location affords this villa a series of stunning surroundings.

Our properties are located just a 2-minute drive from Aldea Zama’s famous
restaurants, bistros, and markets. It’s also just a 6-minute drive to the nearest beach club.

Unlimited access to a multipurpose shared area, that includes a paddle tennis court, ping pong table, barbecue grills, a large pool with lounge chairs, bathrooms, and space for meals

House with high-speed internet service (optical fiber) -The perfect option if you have to work during your stay!

▸ 4ª bedroom: 2 Queen size bed with Smart TV, safe box, AC, private balcony and full bathroom.

Check-in is at 4 pm, we kindly ask you to coordinate your arrival with your on-site Concierge (he will be contacting you through a direct message a few days prior to your arrival)

The maximum capacity is 26 guests (13 guests per villa) however, the price may vary depending on the number of people staying at the house. As per Airbnb policies, you are not allowed to select more than 16 guests per reservation, if your booking is for more people you just have to reserve and send us a message with the correct number of guests. Once you do that, we will adjust it manually and send you a money request for the remaining balance.

✢The house is located in a quiet community, loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm in order to comply with Mexican laws

At Top Rentals Mexico, we take food seriously, offering memorable dining experiences bound to please even the most discerning palates through our exclusive Chef Service.

Once your reservation is confirmed, our Chef's team will contact you closer to your arrival date. They will provide you with our menus and help you coordinate your meal plan. We can also personalize your order, offering vegetarian and vegan options too.

The Neighborhood:
This villa is located in a gated community in ALDEA ZAMA, one of the most exclusive areas in Tulum (right in between downtown and the hotel zone) Here you will find coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Tulum center is around 10 minutes of driving, where you can find many restaurants of all kinds, bars, convenience stores, souvenir places, and nice local experiences waiting for you.

Tulum Beaches and Hotel Zone is around 15-20 minutes of driving depending on where you go and the traffic. Here you can also find top-notch restaurants, more souvenir spots, amazing beach clubs, bars, shops, cenotes, and many more things waiting for you to experience with the Jungle-Beach vibes.
