The owners suite opens onto a large wrap-around porch with comfortable seating. The suite is spacious with a king bed, cable TV, a large closet and very large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom (the Flamingo room) has a queen bed with WIFI enabled TV. Bathroom for the flamingo room is a shared hall bath with tub. Third bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle and features a full bathroom with shower. The ground floor features a garage, bunk room and 5th bedroom. The bunkroom has 2-bunk beds with trundles totaling 6 available beds making it great for the children. The bunkroom also has a foosball table and opens to ground level covered patio with an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing the sand off when you return from the beach! This level also has a small kitchenette where you will find a small sink, glasses, a coffee maker, games, and beach towels. The 5th bedroom has a queen size bed. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with beautiful glass shower. The garage also seconds as a game room with a ping pong table, beach wagon, frisbee, beach toys, beach chairs, and gas grill. Why walk when you can drive on the beach. Vehicle drive-on access is less than one (1) block away. This home is close to restaurants, shopping and less than 15 minutes to downtown St Augustine. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
