After a long, exhausting day of seeing Dubai Marina, the spacious living room will undoubtedly help you unwind with its enormous, comfortable couch while keeping you entertained with the big wall mounted flat-screen TV. A opulent glass center table, plush carpeting, distinctive pendant light & décor aesthetic finish off this ideal setting. Open the binds to take in the lovely marina views right from the living area.

Dine in the attractive dining area with takeaway or scrumptious home-cooked meals. Its sleek design, four adjustable bar chairs, and three hanging lamps give it a contemporary feel that is nothing less than luxurious. You can quickly prepare delectable meals in the spacious, spotless open kitchen, which is fully furnished with all the modern kitchenware and appliances.

As you enter the luxurious bedrooms, you'll be astounded by the high-end furnishings that you can't help but admire. Both the bedrooms have it's own luxurious en suite. Mater bedroom's ensuite features a big open bathroom that will truly make you experience a five-star stay, so put your worries in the tub. The welcome package includes soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for the guests.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors can explore the nearby beaches, malls and restaurants. Minutes away is JBR Beach and Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands and amazing night life, you can even book a luxury yacht cruise for a unique Dubai experience. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a tranquil waterfront community - an early evening stroll or bike ride is highly recommended!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
