The home is located right on A1A and has ample parking. Please note for those who may have trouble with steps - parking is available with only 6 steps to the front door on the upper deck and then elevator available. Sorry, No Pets.
Three of the bedrooms are just off the main living area. The primary bedroom is ocean facing with direct access to the oceanfront porch and beach walk over. This bedroom features a king size designer bed frame and two full "his & hers" bathrooms. The Second oceanfront bedroom also has an ensuite bath and features a queen bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and ensuite bath and faces the intracoastal where you can enjoy great views of the water and evening sunsets from your balcony. The fourth bedroom is a bunk-room on the lower entry-level of the home and features 2-bunk beds each with queen mattresses. The ensuite bath has dual vanities with a shower bath as well as an additional powder room.
On the main living area and across from the living room you will find a game/dining table based upon your need. The table top can be removed to reveal a Bumper Pool Table or just simply flip the top over for the table to become a card or poker table. Poker chips are available on site. There is also a Theater Room featuring a 60-inch TV screen with 4 large theater chairs to watch your favorite movie or sporting event. An additional HDMI cable is available for connecting to a computer, iPhone or other gaming device.
The kitchen has 4 seats at the bar as well as a large dining for group meals. This well equipped chef's kitchen features a griddle, stove, oven, Keurig and standard coffee makers, blender, hand mixer, bowls, plates, utensils and standard pots and pans.
There are two (2) laundry facilities available on site (one stack set off the kitchen and one full-size set in the garage). There are also 4 beach chairs and other items on site.
Boats can be parked in the lower parking area on the lava rocks or keep your boat at Devils Elbow Fishing Resort just down the street where you can launch your boat in the intracoastal. Guests should check with the resort regarding pricing and any specific requirements.
