Florida vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful! Everyone enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. There was only 1 very tight parking space at the house and 1 on the street. Thus presented a problem at times. The property was listed as NO pets, but was still sweeping pet hair after 30 days. Cleaners did a poor job! Also listed an outdoor shower-no shower. Will not be renting next year because of Tech Travel requiring half down no refund policy.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

The house itself is nicely decorated and comfortable, and the location is great—quiet and close to everything. However, our experience with the management company, Tech Travel, was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was poor, and it took multiple attempts (including contacting VRBO) before we received any response.Upon check-in, we discovered that the TVs didn’t work, and the house lacked basic kitchen essentials like a cutting board and a baking sheet. There was no ironing board, and we experienced electrical issues—lights flickering and turning on/off randomly, the TV turning on by itself, and no ability to control the house temperature. The cleanliness was also lacking, as we encountered roaches during our stay, Much of the glass (wall hangings, glass light fixtures) you could write your name in. My sister who owns a cleaning company actually cleaned it all. Additionally, the property has only one parking space, which is difficult to maneuver in and out of. Off road parking is impossible to find. There are no powder rooms, so all guests must go upstairs to use the hall bath, which may not be convenient for everyone.While the home has potential and is in a great spot, the lack of responsiveness, maintenance issues, and cleanliness concerns made our stay less enjoyable. I would not rent this property again if Tech Travel continues to be the property manager. I hope they improve their communication and upkeep for future guests.

Pool, laundry room, beach chairs/umbrellas, large bedrooms and plenty of is perfect for family trips, girl or guys trip, and other occasions. There are so many places to gather and talk, play games, and relax. I could go on and on. Look no further and book here, you will not regret it!

Beautiful home, Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental home for our family Christmas holiday. The only problem we had was getting the house to a comfortable temperature as the thermostat was in the very cold main room (Florida was having very unusual freezing cold weather this week). So the bedrooms would get too warm when the heat clicked on. Otherwise, the home was perfect. The kitchen was stocked and very nice. The main family room was very comfortable. The location was convenient being close to restaurants and shops on 8th Ave (Main Street). We would have swam in the heated pool if the weather had permitted. All in all, we truly enjoyed staying in this lovely home and will likely return in the future.
