The property had everything we needed. The kitchen also. The smoke alarm kept beeping and the air pump weepy work and both issues were taken care of promptly. We loved the ease of floating the loop on the river and how short the walk was to repeat. Lots of little places nearby to eat and HEB pick-up or delivery is the way to go!

Next to Schlitterbahn

Nice cozy place in the perfect spot. You can walk across the street and go in Schlitterbahns back entrance and exit the Comal here. Took an 8yp and 10yo. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location, property and amenities!

This condo was awesome! It was central to all locations we needed. We tubed the river, went to the Schlitterbahn and stayed in the pool the rest of the time. Schlitterbahn was right across the street! We had all the tubes we needed in the storage(awesome, big bonus). Beds were comfortable too! We had an awesome time and when we come back to see our daughter we will definitely book this place again.

Baseball Tournament

Came for a baseball tournament but had some fun at the pool! Also in the river!!! Tubes were provided. It was an amazing weekend with my family. We will be back!

Nice, comfortable, clean

The condo was very nice and we had a relaxing getaway. We had everything we needed (except ice - no ice maker and only 2 ice trays). 4 of us were very comfortable and access to the river is perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and not overly crowded. After 3 nights I still don’t want to leave! We plan to come back and stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

Convenient location close to everything you'll need. Easy in and out access to river. Pool and hot tub was absolutely great for relaxing. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and they supply all needed linens. They have river tubes with pump which saved us a lot of money. We will never stay at any other condo in New Braunfels except for this one. EXCEPTIONAL!!

New Braunfels Trip

My group of 8 stayed here and absolutely loved it! The place was very clean and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Also, had a Keurig, coffee pot, blender, etc. There was plenty of beds for all of us. The location was perfect! Direct access to the river. Pool and hot tub on site, as well. Literally minutes from the New Braunfels chutes (super fun place to hangout). Right by tube rental places. The room also had several tubes and life jackets to use (so renting them wasn't necessary). The property was very quiet and safe. We give this place 10/10 and highly recommend it. We will definitely be coming back!

Good but, could be better

In terms of the actual property, loved it. However, the actual condo we were staying in was not easy to find and took over an hour to actually get into the property due to having to wait on the phone. Hot tub did not work until final day. Overall would stay again but, there were unnecessary obstacles that were irritating.

Comal River Float! New Braunfels.

Our condo was very comfortable and homelike! Owners supply all thats needed. Floating the river was great even with the heat. Schlitterbaun was crowded but fun. I really appreciated The owner checking in on us. Very nice gentleman. Will be contacting for our next visit! the owners hospitality and checking in on us,

Nice little family getaway before school starts back. Condo is cute and cozy. It has everything we needed even tubes to float the river.

Could be excellent, cleanliness missed the mark

Our family stayed here for 6 nights. Proximity to Schlitterbahn was perfect allowing us to walk back & forth during the day if needed. Excellent location for floating the Comal with an entry point right out the front door & across the street. The condo was well stocked and we appreciated all the tubes & the pump. Parking right outside front door was convenient. Complex was quiet and we felt safe. However, the cleanliness of the condo was unacceptable. The master bed was broken which required a repairman. The fridge is not a good first impression upon entering due to be covered in rust. Bathroom fan did not work well which made sharing 1 bathroom between 4 a challenge. I appreciated that some of my concerns were addressed promptly by the host but it certainly put a damper on our stay. We provided detailed feedback to the owner who will hopefully address with the property manager. If these issues get addressed then this place would easily be a 5/5 rating.

Wish I Would Have Done More Research

I booked this condo b/c the reviews I read online were all extremely favorable. As far as location, it is within walking distance of the park, which was great. The condo itself, however, was lacking in several basic amenities that (I assumed) came standard in 2023. First and foremost, the AC unit was locked and couldn't be changed without a password. At one point, it was 75 degrees inside and we were all sweaty and miserable. I've stayed places that had a set temperature range to control misuse, but I've never had anyone completely lock it down. Total BS move! Secondly, the kitchen was abysmal. On top of being super tiny, the refrigerator was dingy, had mold growing in the freezer and had NO ICE MAKER...which tells you how old it was! We had to buy ice since the ice trays couldn't keep up. The dish scrub brush provided didn't dispense soap and looked like it had about 10 yrs worth of old food stains on it. There was nothing in the form of food storage containers so we had to wrap our disposable storebought containers in paper towels until we could go buy some. There were several blinds missing in the living room so any/everyone who walked past the condo had a clear view of everything going on inside. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had three speeds: slow, slower, slowest. The second bedroom had no ceiling fan at all and no TV. I wish I had searched a bit longer and found a different condo with owners willing to invest minimal dollars in these basic necessities/comforts.

We Loved Our Stay

We loved our stay at the Graham Haus. The condo was clean & had all of the amenities you'll need - including extra tubes & something to inflate them with. There is a 45 min-1 hour float right at the condo when you cross the street and enter the river at the public entrance under the bridge, and then you exit right before Texas Tubes at the condo's private exit. We did this loop over and over again - so fun!

Schlitterbahn trip

This was perfect to go to Schlitterbahn. Avoids any traffic to and from because you just have to walk a bit. Super close to the river as well. The place was fully stocked with dishes, towels, bedding was comfy. When we arrived there was an issue with the code, but we called the manager who answered right away and took care of the issue. We loved our stay!

Location was perfect, communication was terrible

The property was fine, the location is perfect, the hot tub is cold. The communication was lacking, the company did not honor what their employee promised. And was not even aware that the said employee had made that promise until it was too late. There may be some HR issues.
