Perfect Spot

We had a great time staying in this condo. We appreciated that it had everything we needed while there. We stayed during the week so it wasnt crowded and even had the pool to ourselves. Our kids loved the bunkbed room. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Memorial Day Getaway

Great family trip for weekend stay - enough space for family gathering. Prime location, easy drop in to float right outside. Grounds were great - loved the large deck area with tables. Parking garage easy access w/elevator. Security on premises. Had a wonderful time, and planning to return soon for more family memories. :)

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a central location to float the river or go to Schlitterbahn. All the beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for our family of 5.

Great Location

Having stayed in several locations on the comal, this is the best. Inverness is perfect and this room was as well. Beds and couch are very comfortable. Security to keep randoms out is not over bearing, its perfect. Only thing i could see someone say is hot water doesnt work, however IT DOES, just takes a few minutes to warm up. Will stay again!

Unable to stay due to hurricane and owners were great!!

Hurricane Beryl came in the Monday we were supposed to check in. The owner was very nice knowing we were driving in from Houston. We purchased the insurance and needed lots of information to get our money returned. She was so helpful in anyway possible she could be. We will be going there soon as so missed our trip at her wonderful co do.

Great Two Weeks

Condo was welcoming and clean, communication quick and easy. Nice to be able to see the river from balcony, but the community decks were nice too. New Braunfels is such a cute little town, very walkable; main street one direction, ice cream, pizza, couple of restaurants the other. So nice to have an elevator and cart for moving in and out. Would stay again.

Great place to stay!

Our stay was great and enjoyed it. Only issue we had was when we parked our second vehicle under the covered parking when a storm rolled in. There were 3 total cars parked there but we received a text saying to move our car or it would be towed.

Best Manager and location

Debra was very communicative and on the spot with a small issue we had. Beautiful condo, 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 easily with bunkbeds and Trundle. Shuttles to rent tube was just up the street and you can exit right at the condo. Highly recommend!

Right on River

This condo was perfect for our family weekend get away. We had three adults, three teens, and two children. We were all comfortable. Condo was right on the Comal. We were able to put in and float about an hour to the last exit, and then it was a easy walk to the condo. Kids loved playing in the river and swimming in the pool. Easy access to activities.

Inverness/Greatness

It was a very nice condo. You immediately get the impression Ms. Jenkins takes pride in her unit. We’ve stayed in several condos on the Comal and this one by far was the cleanest upon arrival. The parking is a little tricky, but don’t let that deter you. Ms. Jenkins is very communicative. They also have excellent security at these condos.

Great stay!

We had a great time during our stay! We have stayed many many times in new braunfels, and this condo has the best location. We never had to drive anywhere- we walked to schlitterbahn, the farmers market, naeglins, muck and fuss, etc. Also this location is great because the outdoor area is amazing you can grill and relax by the pool and river, while you cannot at warneke, the complex right next door. As for the actual condo, the updates are beautiful and everything was very clean. It is actually even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Bunk bed trio was super fun for our kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Memorial Weekend Ever!

From the moment we found this place, till departure it was an awesome weekend; one for the books! 💯 The communication with the owner was 10/10 and there patients for me to respond with information they needed; due to my work schedule, much appreciated for that! The condo was beautiful, easy to find, and very convenient for us since we floated the river and literally exit at the condo! One of the best features we liked was the binder of all the information we need for the river & around town. Wasn’t moments before we found it we were like “okay anyone know where we need yo go?”, then we found it! Without a doubt we will be coming back to the same location and same condo!! Thank you for the awesome birthday weekend!

Horrible property manager

Property manager was no help, washer was broke, she knew before we even got on the Property, even left a note attached to washer and called me as we were checking in, said she was working on repairs but doubtful, we were on vacation so just enjoy. Who cared about the washer, use the dryer and wear clothes over and over, it was vacation. There was 6 adults, I teen! 8 towels in the condo, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, used plus disposal and sink had a horrible odor, kitchen couldn't be used. Comforters and sheets smelled. Needless to say Walmart made a killing with us. She sent me a text that I would be reimbursed but I have yet to see anything of that nature. Property manager name is Debra Jenkins. Beware! The amount we paid for the unit was not worth it! Horrible experience!!

Cute condo, great location

This was our first stay in a river condo in New Braunfels and we were overall very happy with this choice. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 and with all girls, it was great to have 2 full bathrooms. The unit was clean and well taken care of, a few minor things here and there but to be expected with rentals. Minor snafu with check-in as the required parking passes and wristbands weren’t in the condo but the host was quick to respond and take care of it. A couple of things to know: the river chute was upstream from the condo and it was a hot 20 min walk to the park carrying our own tubes; the balcony is cute but faces the parking lot/another building and a big (but beautiful) tree blocks the river view; and lastly my sister said the full size mattress in the 2nd bedroom (part of the bunk bed) was too soft for her back but it was fine for the teenagers. If you’re not interested in the chute, it’s super easy to directly access the river from the property and there is security to ensure that only guests are using it. We also enjoyed the lawn area where we sat on a blanket, had some snacks and played games, and watched the other floaters. Also spent some time in the pool when we didn’t want to hassle with the river. And one other great thing is there were lots of hooks in the condo for hanging wet towels and swimsuits which is rare find for a large group!

Updated and clean

We appreciated how clean and neat this unit was. The bedroom with bunk beds had the most comfy bed ever! Lots of pillows and puffy duvets. My kids loved the bunks. The other bedroom was just fine for my husband and I but might be hard for anyone with limited mobility. The bed takes up most of the space and it's hard to get around to 1 side of the bed. There's a window in this room that has a fairly light bright on that is in the hallway of the condos. This was a little annoying, even with what I believe we're room darkening curtains. The location was PERFECT for families. We walked and brought bikes and only used our car to get groceries. Due to COVID19, unfortunately, all of the public tubing exits were closed, so we weren't able to take advantage of much tubing. You can only enter/exit on private property and most of the rental properties did have someone monitoring (rightfully so). This was a bummer but Debra offered a couple other ideas. We weren't planning to do this, but we went to Schlitterbahn! Crowds we're low and it was SO easy to walk over and back from the condo unit. We had plenty of dishware in the kitchen but if you were planning to cook meals, you'd need to buy all your own condiments/seasonings and we only found one plastic spatula that was not the easiest to use. We've stayed at a couple other condos in NB, and this unit was by far the most updated, modern and clean. The grounds: great deck, friendly people, fun platform for kids to jump off of into the river. Small pool but it was very clean. My 4 yo spent tons of time in it while my pre-teen son jumped in the river over and over again.
