Villan har nyligen renoverats. Fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV, mysiga sittplatser och tillgång till bakdäck. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett privat badrum med nya bänkskivor och färsk färg. Gäst sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och ansluter till hall badrummet. Trådlöst internet kan användas i hela villan. Njut av tennis och poolen. Den perfekta platsen att njuta av allt som Hilton Head har att erbjuda. Du är en kort promenad till den berömda Harbour Town Golf Links och Sea Pines Center. Ta en vagn till stranden, eller njut av en 10-minuters cykeltur till NEW Sea Pines Beach Club!

-Sea Pines Plantation förbjuder alla släpvagnar, pop-up campare, motorcyklar (inklusive tre hjulbilar), storhissade pickupbilar, förlängda skåpbilar, skåpbilar med företagsskyltar (besökare i firmabilar kommer inte att tillåtas), arbetsbilar, golfbilar och husvagnar. Båtar (förhandsgodkännande behövs), kajaker och surfbrädor (måste vara ovanpå bilen, ingen släp), handikappvänliga skåpbilar och stora familjebilar
-Parkering längs vägar och utanför uppfart är förbjudet
-Parkeringsklubbparkering är inte tillgänglig, Trolley-systemet måste användas för att komma åt strandklubben. Spårvagnssystemet tillåter för närvarande inte passagerare att bära stora föremål som vagnar, stolar eller kylare
-Vagnkörningar är begränsade till antalet bilar som kan passa i varje uppfart, pass krävs för att återföra Sea Pines när du är på cykel, i vissa hyttar och använder Lyft. Försök att ta dina pass med dig när du åker till återförsök för att undvika svåra situationer vid grinden. Cyklar kan återkomma utan passering om de tar bild av den dagliga dörrkoden som publiceras när de går ut.
- Alla djur i plantagen måste alltid vara i koppel
-Stör inte djurlivet. Vilda djur lever i Sea Pines, såsom alligatorer och coyoter. Var medveten om detta och interagera inte med djurlivet.

Very good location!

The location of the property was very good, only 8 minutes by bike to the beach, 5 minutes by car to Harbour Town and 3 minutes walk to Sea Pine Center. We visited HHI in October, it was very quiet and the weather was excellent to play tennis or chill at the pool. We could also watch a little alligator every day at the pond just outside our balcony, what the kids loved! The only thing, that would need improvement are the Moskito nets at the doors of the balcony, we had problems closing them… and maybe some new frying pans to have some eggs in the morning! Overall we had great time in the apartment and we loved Hilton Head Island!

Great villa unit. All amenities were good.

All was great with accommodations. Only improvement opportunities would be with the cookware. All pans used for cooking were in need of replacing.

Nice Stay

Clean, nice condo. Close to Harbor Town. Pool was quiet when we went and close. There’s a coffee pot but no coffee- so don’t forget coffee and filters!

Fantastic Place

We couldn't have been happier with the property in Sea Pines. Everything was clean and neat and Beachside Getaway was quick to respond and fix the one small issue we had. We will be using the same avenues in the future.

Golf Getaway

A few girlfriends and I visited this area for golf. The property was what we expected. The washer in the unit was not working but the property management made me aware of that right away. They offered laundry service which we did use and had no other issues/problems.

Fantastic stay at Lighthouse Tennis

This was a flawless experience for our short vacation. The location was great, the condo/villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well furnished. The management had all the arrangements set and cummunicated perfectly.....pre-arrival, duration and departure. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to owner(s) and management team. Will definitely stay with them again!

Nice property very convenient

Situated in very convenient and clean safe area, property is very nice, well kept grounds. Recently updated unit, small issue with ac but quickly resolved as staff very responsive even in late hours.

Quick family vacation

The property was perfect; the location was convenient, parking was easy, and the unit had everything we needed. It even had beach chairs, even though the listing did not mention. Having a code instead of keys made it much easier for everyone to come and go without keeping up with keys. We would stay here again.

Great unit but pool was closed 1/2 our trip and all chairs at pool were locked up

Loved the location and enjoyed it. Wish we would have been told about pool closing for a couple of days, no pool chairs being available even when pool was open. Otherwise we really enjoyed it and would stay again!

Communication is key

I’ll start with the positive: great location, nice and clean unit. Great decorating, comfy beds. A responsive and timely property management company. The not-so-great: We has issues with the AC, which the property management company worked with us promptly to fix. However, it was still constantly hot in the unit. I understand it is mid-July, but I live in SC and we certainly don’t have the same issues keeping our home cool as this unit had. Maybe time for an upgrade? The negative: No ceiling fans, despite being included in the listing. Also, I’ve never had a rental company tell me that I “may or may not be able to check in at 4pm, but they’ll let me know when I can check in.” Final thought: I gave this unit 4 stars purely because I think this experience was “made” by responsiveness and refund provided by the management company. They worked hard to remedy the situation for us. The unit itself was fine, but I don’t believe we would stay there again.

Nice family condo

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The bathroom updates are beautiful and the location is good. For those considering staying here, the condo is about half a mile to Harbortown and about 3 miles to the beach access. Parking is limited at the beach access, so get there early or plan to bike ride.

Love Hilton Head. Condo was disappointing.

Remodeling had recently been done. Leftover boxes of tile in dining area. New carpet with fibers still not vacuumed enough, small pieces in hallway, kitchen sink drain area filthy, swiffered floors & got 2 piles of dirt. Master bed sunk in middle & could fold pillows in thirds.

Perfect, classy getaway villa!

This is an immaculate villa with ample space including a fancy Master Bathroom. It's also in a great location as it easy to get to Harbor Town, a short walk to a few restaurants, the best Bike Rental Place (Peddling Pelicans), and a short bike ride to the Beach. Loved using the tennis courts, too.
