Completely renovated house with a total area of 180m2, located on Praia do Coupé, less than 200 meters from the beach.
A comfortable house, with all the structure and ideal to receive families and friends. The place is super peaceful and quiet.
Praia do Coupé is a great place for swimming, surfing and diving.
The house is located between the beaches of Muro Alto and Porto de Galinhas.
*47km from the Airport / 3km from Praia de Muro Alto / 5km from the center of Porto de Galinhas / 2km from Pontal do CupĂȘ.
The house includes a cozy social area with a swimming pool and designed garden, an area with a barbecue, wood oven and beer garden. A comfortable space for networking, with tables and chairs.
Integrated internal area with dining room with table and chairs, living room with deck, sofa, chairs, SmartTv with access to youtube, Netflix and Wi-fi.
An American kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, microwave, water purifier, electric stove, hood and complete kitchen utensils.
Laundry area with washing machine and clothesline.
The space also includes beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler available for use.
