Clocked Out is coastal living at its best! Get ready to live like a local in this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath pet friendly canal home.

Kick off your shoes and waltz into a spacious living room with leather couches and flat screen tv. Perfect space for a family movie night. Just a few steps away is the dining room and kitchen.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and electric range top.

Dining room and kitchen have a open floor plan with bar seating for 4. Dining room has a family table that accommodates 6.

At the end of the day get ready to relax in one of the three bedrooms.

Master bedrrom has a king size bed with flat screen tv. Master bathroom has double sinks, private toilet area, stand up shower and jacuzzi tub.

Secondary Bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv and spacious closet space.

Third bedroom is the perfect room for the littles. It has 2 twin beds, flat screen tv and closet space.

That's not all..Clocked out has a sunroom!! Perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. It also has an arcade machine to entertain the kiddos while your getting ready for the day, preparing dinner or just trying to get your coffee on!!

Wait there's more! Step outside in the backyard and enjoy some outside dining in the 6 topper outdoor dining set. Also included is a gas grill. Perfect to grill up your catch of the day. (Propane not included)

Clocked out also has a private fish cleaning station with private dock to park your boat right behind the house.

Boat lift and garage is for owner use only.

Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors’ dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules.

Cancellation Policy:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Maximum pets allowed are 2 dogs under 25 pounds per pet.Non refundable pet fee per pet.

Fishing weekend

This house is a great location for getting out onto the flats for fishing. And everything was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed getting away from the snow and cold of norther Minnesota. Our one regret is that we didn't book for a couple more weeks. There were only some minor issues. The gas grill on the patio is near its end of life. The burners are nearly rusted out and the grates were not very clean when we arrived. There was no fresh water at the fish cleaning station. There is 1 patio chair where the seat is breaking. Other than that, the location was good for us and we enjoyed our stay. We are thinking about coming back next year. Thanks!

We had wonderful weekend of fishing and dining in Rockport. Clocked Out was a relaxing home base for our trip. We originally booked another of your properties when we thought our group was larger. Upon discovering one couple would not be able to join us, your team was very accommodating in letting us select another property that was better suited to our group size. The refund was quickly processed.

Exactly as expected and MORE

We arrived at the house and immediately fell in love. The house was spotless and exactly as pictured/described. It was perfect for our family. We had a little incident the first night and got locked out (pretty sure my 3yr old played with the locks). We had to call the after hours emergency line, which I already had saved in my phone because we rent from Y Knot every time we visit. We have known Marie for years and are always thankful for her help. She raced over and got us back in the house in no time and had a smile on her face the whole time even though we crashed her evening. So thank you to the Y Knot crew for always being there for the tenants! The rental was beautiful and had everything we needed. We will be staying again!
