Please note that this is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY!

Directly across the street from the beach and completely remodeled at the end of 2022! This super cute house consists of 4 individual 1BR units, each with a kitchen, bedroom, living room and full bathroom. The location is perfect for the single traveler, couples, families or a larger group of friends/families. The following combinations are available to rent:

• An individual 1 Bedroom Unit - Sleeps 4 Guests
• 2 of the 1 bedroom Units - Sleep 8 Guests. Units 1 and 2 have a connecting door that can be unlocked. Units 3 and 4 also have a connecting door that can be unlocked.
• Entire property. All 4 of the individual 1 bedroom units - Sleep 16 Guests

**Combinations are all based on availability**

Each unit features 2 large smart TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom including Netflix, YouTube and Disney TV. The brand new, fully equipped kitchens have stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer. Free WiFi and free parking available.

Amenities include a large outdoor swim spa (pool/jacuzzi combo) 15x8 feet, that is shared between the units, and an outdoor shower.

Twin Tiki is in a top location in Treasure Island. Beach access right across the street, just a short stroll to popular Sunset Beach with great hangouts like Caddy’s Waterfront or Ka-Tiki, a local and tourist favorite for food, cocktails, live entertainment, unforgettable beach days and breathtaking sunsets.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head North to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer. No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

We liked how close it was to the beach, safe ped crossings. Food was close. House was updated. We didn’t like that there was no communication about the construction and different entrance. The dishes, trash, and dirty linens were left from past tenant. We appreciated the quick housekeeping, but it wasn’t a great start to our vacation.

An uncomfortable stay in a newly renovated property

Upon arrival my wife and I were very pleased with the property. Very clean , nice beach house feel, the next day we were contacted regarding possible missing airport in the room, looked and found nothing. The next morning after celebrating my wife's birthday there were a couple of knocks then 2 women from the management company unlocked and opened our door without notification or permission saying they needed to hang signs for the owner. I was extremely annoyed by this and emailed the property manager who took a day to reply and wanted me to contact them about the issue. I was done talking to them at this point and just wanted to try and enjoy the remainder of our stay. They left a $50 gc as an apology at our door the next day. But the whole experience put a huge damper on our stay and we definitely would not return. Really bad vibe. We felt that we were being watched the whole time. This had to be at request of a nervous property owner or neighbor who then tasked the management company to "check on us" for whatever reason. It's a shame because the beach was beautiful and convenient.
