Nice

House was clean and room arrangement was nice. If we had planned to use the kitchen more, it was lacking a little in supplies. Not quite enough plates and bowls and flatware for us. We would also recommend the master bedroom have a regular door; it wasn’t as private as we’d like.

Great Cottage

perfect little cottage , The number listed for contact by evolve was for the cleaner and he did not have access to Cottage . The owner helped but had to call the cleaner first. The rooms were good , the Kitchen needs a little update , we only made breakfast two days but the frying pans need to be replaced. There were a lot of odds and ends in the kitchen but the drawers and pantry doors are old and have to be gentle .But overall we liked it a lot .Will stay again middle of the cape where you can get to all locations in 20-45 mins.

Sunny Cape Cod Rental

I loved sitting in the sunny bonus room watching the bunnies in the yard with my family. There was so much space for everyone at the cottage. Thanks to the close proximity of the beach, our days started and ended with relaxing beach walks. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable. This Wes Dennis beach cottage has it all, location, space, and charm!

Perfect place to stay

We just got back from our stay. The house was great. I loved the set-up. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and the smaller bedrooms are on the other side. The sun room is perfect for hanging out, relaxing, reading… whatever! It was extremely clean and it might sound odd but the towels were amazing. Plush. The outdoor shower was amazing, too.
