LIVING

The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. The spacious and vibrant living space is adorned with a whimsical mural and offers plenty of seating. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV which offers cable + streaming.  

KITCHEN

The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 10.  

BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms and a full size bathroom on the first floor. Just up the stairs, is the loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV. There are also 2 full bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the second floor.

THINGS TO NOTE

1) Our Palm Springs abode is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.

4) Pets are NOT permitted

5) The driveway can park 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available

6) The pool heats to 85 degrees can be heated for a fee of $200/day.
